I was quoted a price at sign up and when I got my first bill it was WAY over my budget. I've been trying for weeks to talk to a human being to find out why they lied to me. No luck at all.

Worst xfinity store I’ve ever been to!! When I first come trying to purchase the new iPhone I have one of the employees telling me I apparently can’t reorder the new iPhone! I leave and come back next week. Okay this time it’s a different girl helping me and she tells me that I can preorder, we go ahead and proceed and once the new phone bill comes in I get charged an extra $120!! I go in the store and ask why this is happening and they tell me I have an extra phone line I’m paying for!! Be aware of what they are doing! I do not have an extra line. If it wasn’t for me checking my bank statements I could’ve easily gotten ripped off!! And on top of that they tell me they can’t even cancel the line there at the store. Come on now! Do better and hire more knowledgeable people. I feel sorry for the owner.

Please DO NOT go to this store. Be mindful it is a "branded store" and you WILL NOT get the same customer service as the "main store" in Stockton. I learned the hard way. They say they will help but once you walk out that door you're on your own. I was promised things that did not happen.

If I could give zero stars to this store, I would. This store is an embarrassment to customer care. The associate ‘helping’ me had no clue what he was doing, was condescending and dismissive of what I was there for. He kept playing and joking with a coworker while listening to an earbud of music or a game that she was messing with on his phone and wasn’t paying any actual attention to me. He didn’t know how to use the program and said he was going to ‘save me a ton of money’ but quoted a new plan that would cost more than my current plan when I wasn’t even there to change my plan. He was entering information into the system wrong and didn’t know how to properly code my request to get the correct price for the service. 3 other employees kept having to help him. When he finally got the right price on the contract and I asked him to interpret the contract language for me before I sign anything, he clicked all the boxes on my phone and signed it without my consent. He had no knowledge to explain what was included in the plan he signed me up for. He spent more time joking and playing with his coworkers than addressing my concern. I was there 3 times longer than I should have been for a simple change of address request. I have never been more disappointed in the quality of customer service.

I wish there were a 0 star option! Do NOT choose this carrier for your cellular service or internet! We paid off our phone and switched to TMobile but it took over a week just for Xfinity to unlock our cell phone. Absolutely useless customer service in this store. If you need any help go to Stockton, the store at pacific and Robinhood is a corporate store!

I needed to add a line for my kid. I came in hoping to do so but Xfinity wouldn't allow me to add a line to my existing plan. So we tried to solve that issue only to be told that the UNLOCKED PAID PHONE I brought with me was stolen. UMMMM OK. I showed them proof that it was paid I full and they said it was black listed. But 5 minutes prior to doing that they had activated it and it working. I was getting more and more annoyed by the minute but it wasn't the reps working there. They had to out source and call to do anything becuase xfinity apparently can't do anything correctly like even provide decent cell phone or internet service. After I left the store I called customer service and was told that my phone wasn't reported stolen, but it wasn't compatible with Xfinity. So ..... I took by business to T-Mobile and they were able to help me instantly without a problem. I'm about to switch all 5 lines to T-mobile. I only gave 2 stars because the girl that helped me was really sweet and I feel bad she and to work for such a shorty company.

The store is very clean an the young people working there are very polite, respectful, an most of all very knowledgeable about xfinity products and services. I would highly recommend this store.

Was a line upon arriving. Waited maybe 10 minutes. Store handled line transfer and new phone purchase trade in. The line started forming again. Took almost an hour to complete. Xfinity send cautious. I'd assume there will be no problems. There were 3 reps working.

The place was way under staffed, felt sorry for the employee's. Line was 9 people deep half were waiting in line because they needed receipt for returned equipment.

I had the privilege of meeting Giselle Gastelum, retail sales consultant, to discuss my Comcast/Xfinity accounts as well as a new phone! Giselle's professional demeanor coupled with her superior customer service presentation are true attributes as she represents the finest of Comcast!

Josh is the best. Spent about an hour on the phone with Xfinity and they just gave me the run around. Found this store on lower Sacramento rd in lodi and josh helped me tremendously. Had me in and out. Customer service was superb. This man has the skills to get the job done.
