Citibank only has one location in the Inland Empire and it is SO busy! Many of the elderly customers were upset with their help. We're going to check into moving to another banking institution with more local branches for in-person assistance.

I've been with this Colton branch for about 20 years now. Tellers have great customer service. I'm usually in and out real fast but I go in the morning. I recommend Citibank to everyone I know

If I could give less than one star I absolutely would. To say this branch's staff and it's manager, Omar Rojas, is incompetent would be a severe understatement. They moonlight as knowledgeable bankers but in reality, they are a rag-tag group of uneducated, angry employees. The old lady that has blonde hair has a horrendous attitude, despite the fact that they allow her to continue working in an industry she is vastly in over her head. She does not understand the ins-and-outs of what exactly an Attorney/Client Trust acct is. Her expectation that a client needs to be present with the law office representative to make a deposit is simply ridiculous and is a result of inexperience. Omar Rojas, the Branch Manager, was called over to provide guidance for this inexperienced teller and I was met with an attitude that was simply inexcusable. He agreed with his teller and only surpassed her inexperience with sheer stubbornness to prove that he had all the power in this interaction. The same check was brought back to the same bank and presented to a smarter teller days later who not only accepted the deposit, she couldn't have been more pleasant. Although, it is important to point out that the teller of mention was on loan from the Redlands Branch while they were closed for Covid-19 reasons. The check cleared and our clients received their money but with no help from the older blonde teller and her incompetent manager, Omar Rojas. I truly hope that man finds work in an industry that supports his terrible attitude. He should think about a career in debt collection instead. Omar Rojas is deplorable.

Weakest bank management anywhere. Other branches are closed and they can only have 3 tellers at the windows? One went to lunch, which left 2 tellers with 20 people standing in line outside. This is pathetic! Covid or NOT, they are still making money on all our money. We should pull everything out and go to a bank that works for its customers.

If there was a negative rating I would have given it. I went to this bank to cash my check since our payroll was change from direct deposit to paper check. I wanted to deposit my check as cash. First the sales rep. would not do it so I ask for mgn assistance. This not the first time I have done this the mgn would over-ride a check to a cash deposit. SO YES IT CAN BE DONE. The mgn flat out told me he cannot do it because he does not know me and if its someone he knows then he might. So yes, you admitted it can be done but you will not do it for me you racist a*** First of all I have a wonderful career and I have being with this bank over 15yrs. Such rudeness this guy just stares me down and flat out shoed me out. Hahaha yes you know who you are on 11/25/20 @ around 3:47PM. You are wrong. I am a very proud, intelligent caribbean black woman who will never stoop to your level. Rudeness does not signified intelligent young Sir.

Flat out liars, blame it on the covid? When they solicited our accounts we were made certain representations. Apparently things have changed as they are closing down their business banking and just don't want business accounts. However even as a regular customer the level of not caring is amazing. To conclude I would prefer a slow agonizing death from Covid to being forced to use this bank again.

Closes at 4pm? Why? Lame.. I spoke with the manager who gives the typical corporate answer "company policy," but no legitimate reason. This manager always talks in such a loud voice you can hear her discussions with clients in her office from any public part of the bank.

Excellent customer service Representatives, free Notory services for customers, 24 drive up atm, small but the Reps pack a big punch for great service. Greetings come natural. Thanks Citibank l have been with you for 18 years.

Very helpful staff and resolved issue which I wasn't able to resolve when I called the phone number listed on credit card. I think it's faster just to go to bank to resolve issues these days.

Horrible bank, customer service is a joke. I waited on the phone 30 minutes only to be told they had no updates and that they didn't know when. No one has called to follow up nor do they have an ETA from the developer. I can not use their app which I have been using until recently. I have had several issues and now can't use it at all and they don't know why. I have several accounts and have used them for several years. As soon as I can move my direct deposit I will be closing my checking account. Too bad as they used to have timely response and you were not on hold forever..

I been with Citibank for about 5 years. This is my favorite location, I use to live about 10 mins or less from here. I use to come all the time. I gone in and done favors for my mom, who also has Citibank. They never gave me an issue for handling some of her stuff. I never once had a bad experience. Whether it was going inside or use the outside ATMs. The ATMs never been down when I went and the workers are always nice. I did move further away, so I don't come that often now. But I prefer this place just because it's in a nice and quite location. Yes it might get busy, due to Citibank not having more buildings but there's another location in Redlands that stays open a little later as well. Everything in Loma Linda closes early, that's normal.

Line out the door. The lines are always long it's ridiculous. It's bad enough Citi bank has like 4 locations in the area all spread apart but now we have to wait 30 min just to see a teller? . HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!!!

I went to this bank a week ago to open a new account with a coupon that I found...for some reason, this bank closes at 5PM - when every other bank in town closes from 6PM to 7PM...But, I still got to the branch at 4:35 - so they were not closed yet! When I looked around the bank, I was shocked: On Friday afternoon, one of the busiest times at a bank, there was only one banker! So I told them the account had to be opened today, there was no way I could wait - and they refused my business! The bank was still open when I came In! Find another bank that appreciates new business...

The ATM itself was good but it's personality needed some work, it was being rude and selfish, whenever i said something it wouldn't answer and I know it saw me, he had his eye on me

This branch is the worst, i stood in line for about 25-30 mins to cash a $500 check from citibank just to find out they have to hold it for 3-5 days ive been a customer for 4 years and just happen to be in loma linda and chose this branch as it was the closest to me ive always used Colton branch and NEVER had any problems cashing my check there is NO HOLD at that location so lesson learned NEVER GOING BACK TO LOMA LINDA BRANCH
