“I came across Emerson Fine Jewelry while searching for an establishment that can assist with watch battery replacement. They were so kind and accommodating - I drove from Moreno Valley to Redlands. They charge $10 per battery. Other places told me their prices depended on the type of watch I have. I replaced batteries on 2 Michael Kors watches and one Michelle watch. I am happy to take my business anywhere that is no BS and super kind. I have other watches I'll need to take back in the near future, and by the way, their jewelry selection is STUNNING! Glad I stopped by. I was also able to do some holiday shopping while I was there, as they are located in the downtown area with other cute shops!”

“Before I went up there, I gave them a call. My phone call was answered right away and I explain to him that I needed a new battery for my watch. The owner was so kind and so respectful over the phone and he told me to just bring it in whenever I had the chance, and he would do that for me. I get there five minutes later and he was like oh you must be the one that called and I said yes I sure am. He then proceeded to ask me for the watch and he said just wait right there and he will have it fixed soon enough. I kid you not I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. He was so fast and change the battery so quickly highly recommend service was great. He was kind, respectful and very nice. And on my watch is fixed in the battery is finally operating.”

“I called 4 different coin shops asking what they paid for generic silver rounds and all 4 shops offered less than spot. I called this place and it was the only place that offered over spot. Best price to sell your silver/gold. Previous reviewer doesn't know what he's talking about. Roosevelt dimes are less expensive than Mercury dimes. If you don't believe me, go to SD Bullion and check the prices (in fact, check eBay). He's honest with his evaluations. I will definitely return here to sell my silver/gold because he offers over spot. Call around to other places first and you won't see anyone offer over spot prices.”

“Highly recommend! Awesome customer service! I have been looking for months for this ring and was about to give up. I was done searching in all the Malls and Jewelry Stores. All I wanted was a plain 7/8 mm white gold comfort fit ring. Nobody had this in their stores. Only 3mm and it was making me frustrated. They could only tell me how much it would cost and they wanted 1/2 down just to order what they think I wanted. Jewelry store had to order it anyway, so I took the chance and started shopping online instead. I started searching on the weekend and the lady who called me back on her day off insure me that they were a real store and described the ring I was looking at. The price was half of what the Jewelers wanted and I had it engraved too. It was an intense two week wait, but in the end it was the Perfect Ring!”
