Gym is closed for more than 2 weeks and the only training area is the tiny personal training room. Meanwhile, basketball courts are also closed for two weeks.

Came here for my niece's graduation from Loma Linda at 8:00am on a Sunday. Get here 1-1/2 hrs. before the ceremony starts. There is a 15 min. walk from the parking lot to the auditorium. There will be a line, once they let people in, the line goes pretty fast. Lots of security, no standing in the aisles, etc. clean restrooms.

I witnessed a lady trying to enter the outdoor soccer fields while I was entering. The staff at the fields asked her many questions about her service animal, including what her medical condition was and documents about her service dog and medical condition. The security then laughed at her when she stated what the dog was trained for. She was told to call the center's helpline. So she did and I sat with her while she she called and they asked her what the dog was trained for, which she answered. On the phone, the worker told her that the security could call her if needed. Then we went back to the door to go in and she was told that there was no way someone answered the phone, making it seem like she was making it up. She told them that they could call her if needed and walked in. The security then called the campus police and had her harassed and followed by them. When they walked up to her the had both of their hands on their weapons. She ended up leaving early because the dog started alerting her.I'm currently getting my animal serviced trained for my own medical conditions, so this really upset me. I come to this center often and once my animal is ready I'm scared this will happen to me.

This is a great place for students, working professionals, community members and kiddos. I've signed up for seasonal classes like swim for toddlers, yoga as well as personal training sessions and medical massage sessions. My personal trainer Lyn is great! Also, Terrance is the best for booking a medial message. Lockers: Lockers are clean and people are very respectful and courteous. While there is a sauna, I have used the showers after pool time. I like that they have the bathing suit dryers here. The shampoo/body wash is always stocked and the stalls are well-maintained. If you prefer to change in private there are a few stalls in the locker area. Gym area: Most machines are available and there are containers of alcohol wipes everywhere so you can easily wipe down when done.Guest services: The people working here are usually very helpful and courteous.Check in: The staff doing Check-in are very friendly and helpful. If your badge is not working they are very understanding.

I am not a member but went in for an In-Body bioimpedance weigh in. All I had to do was email the centers director and scheduled an appointment. On the day of the appointment I showed up, paid 5 bucks and was able to get weighed in about 5 minutes. Great resource if you’re looking to get more accurate measurements of your body for fitness or bodybuilding reasons. While there I took a tour of the facilities and they were very nice. Lots of amenities other than gym and facilities for multiple sports. I’d recommend it.
