After being a loyal customer of this pharmacy for 30 years. The need to find another pharmacy may be hard. I never had a problem with filling and receiving my prescriptions. Not until a new employee starting working here. The African American woman that is working here now. I feel has a vendetta against me. I really do not know why though. It almost seems that every time I have been in the pharmacy. When she works. She goes out of her way to irritate me. She holds up the line. When she sees me in the pharmacy line And at times. I can see her snicker at me. And giggling at me. This is uncalled for. And very unprofessional. Why would the owner or manager tolerate this behavior from this employee? She has screwed up my prescriptions many times. Whether or not it was from total incompetence on her part. Or was it on purpose? Because she does not like me and respect me as a customer? I do not know what her problem is. But I am disgusted with this pharmacy. Being a LOYAL CUSTOMER for almost 30 years. I Guess that doesn't mea anything now. Which use to stand for something. This employee has ABSOLUTELY NO BUSINESS working here!!!. If this pharmacy does not won't to lose any more business. This employee must be spoken to. OR FIRED!!
