“Before I switched insurances, we were going through Loma Linda pharmaceuticals for my son’s feeding tube supplies when he got discharged from the hospital everything was new to us, but this DME company made sure that we received everything to our home every month . Anytime I called they would answer quickly and they would be able to assist me. Unfortunately we had to switch companies as we changed insurances but if my new DME company needs the codes for some of the supplies we use to get from Mountain View , The times Mountain View reps provide that to me over the phone to make things easier on our new dme! If I could get them again as dme provider I would !”

“I went in to the store today to grab a couple thing from the make-up cases. A guy came to help me by name of james, my first thought was great he is not going to know anything about what I am looking for. To my surprise he was very patient and helped me find everything I needed. I continued to shop and ended up getting a basket of thing. I went to checkout and found james on a register ready to help me checkout. His smile is so contagious and he makes this store so welcoming. Give the boy a raise or a promotion, so he can teach others what customer service really is. Customer for life!!”
