I had my car repaired with Seidners through my insurance and everything went smoothly. Seidners did a terrific job and you can’t even tell that my vehicle was damaged.

Seidner's Collision is highly accredited through AAA, (That I have been a AAA 37 years-loyal member) and that was one of the reasons why I decided to go to Seidner's. Unfortunately, I did not get a "Wow" or Legendary service like how AAA treat their customers and mentioned about Seidner's Collision. When I previously drove my car to Seidner's for an estimate, (Fender-Bender that was NOT my fault and I appreciate the other party at fault having integrity and both of us respecting each with an abundance of empathy.) The Seidner's employee, (I won't disclose her name due to there's no need for embarrassment or humiliation that I endured) had absolutely NO personality, condescending and definitely NOT an active listener to communicate. As I was standing outside, and watched her walk around my car and take photos, (As I respect and understand to protect Seidner's and myself) again with the exact same estimate. (Prior to yesterday, I previously drove my car to Seidner's for an estimate.) Due to AAA accredit with Seidner's I decided to have them complete the repairs and an employee completed a walk around, took photos and gave me an estimate) As the NO personality employee prepared the estimate. Receptionist Letty was extremely respectful, and provided Legendary service like AAA insurance adjusters, (Danielle, and Sevak) The No personality employee with her condescending and stern words made it very clear the fender bender price may change once the bumper is removed. (From my observation with the no personality employee) it was NOT about Customer Service Skills only ensuring Seidner's complete the repair and for me to keep it pushing. Letty, (Legendary) after I was given the estimate was extremely kind to include words of affirmation, "Thank you for coming." Several weeks later, (Due to my hectic schedule) I decided to have Seidner's complete the work and importantly, I have trust in AAA and my insurance adjuster Danielle who has been, "Legendary," with a Awesome personality with empathy. Yesterday, I dropped my vehicle off and when I entered the office again. Unfortunately, Letty,(Legendary Customer Service Skills like AAA) was not at the counter. Mind you, there were several employees looking out the window and could see me entering through the door. Not one opened the door as a courtesy. Once I entered Manager, (Roman) greeted me and was polite with personality and respectful. (I am thinking to myself WHY is the manager greeting me and there are other employees sitting right there? OKAY...) Condescending employee walked out that same room all these employees were sitting when I walked in. We go outside. She is walking around, underneath my passenger back seat door, looking at the review top left mirror, top of the hood, side of my car and never discussing the area of the fender bender. I politely asked, "Didn't you take pictures from the last time?" She said, (Paraphrasing) "Well, things might have changed. So, I said, "Can you please take pictures", and whatever you have no problem. I can sign the papers and you have the photos to prove it is no liability on Seidner's part". I have to pick up my rental by 5:00 pm, and I thought I was dropping it off because you already gave me an estimate for the fender bender. She becomes condescending and walking around my car saying underneath your car passenger door I felt scrapes, there's scratches on the top of your left review mirror, hood has Knicks, and your right front side has a dent from a rock. Mind you I just told her to take the pictures and I'll sign the papers to ensure Seidner's Collision would not be liable. She refused. Only condescending and said, "You have a knick from a rock that I did not notice and when I said that was not a knick. She got upset and said, "Yes it is!" Once I rubbed it I felt it and I said, okay, and stated "I need to go pick up my rental how much longer is it going to take?" By then

I would like to thank and recommend Roman. Very professional. I had a small issue to be fixed, he ordered that part and got me in quick. If u are unfortunate to be in an accident. I recommend Seidner's further more request Roman, his great at his job, very knowledgable

Extremely pleased with Seidner's! Customer service was excellent and they truly went above and beyond. I was in and out and much faster than expected. The manager, Roman, is a genuinely kind soul and cool guy. Highly recommend!

Seidner’s is the place you need to go for your auto repairs. Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Our car was ready more than a week before the estimated date. Shout out Janeth for helping us with our claim and sending us constant updates about our car.

Someone fit me while parked, and my insurance company mentioned this auto body shop. They were professional and fast. They contacted me daily with the progress of my vehicle. The work they did was wonderful. They even washed and vacuumed my car. George's customer service was great!

Outstanding service, even better body work. Love that they have a automated text update that gave me a daily status report. Finished the work in a very timely manner. I had and incident last year and had a bad experience at a shop in Norco, this was an example of HOW IT IS DONE. Janeth was my representative and she was fantastic, thorough and knowledgeable. Wonderful customer service! I hope I am never back. But know where to go if I have to get collision work done.
