I had a great experience at this UPS location. The customer service was excellent — the staff was friendly, helpful, and very professional. Upon entering the Loma linda facility I was greeted by a customer service representative named Dee-Dee. The service I received was endearing after leaving coming from from some unpleasant new regarding my husband's health. My service on yesterday was wonderful and swiftly done.
