I had a great experience at this UPS location. The customer service was excellent — the staff was friendly, helpful, and very professional. The environment was welcoming and well-organized, which made everything quick and easy. I really appreciate the great service and will definitely be coming back!

I was in this office on 08/05/25 and I was the first one attended to by the young lady who had just opened the door. I was very impressed by her kindness, help, and patience, because the truth is I don't speak English and she doesn't speak Spanish, but she taught me how to get some emails from my phone and then give them to me printed out. The truth is I was pleasantly surprised, and I am very grateful. I wish all people were like this young lady. Thank you.

Upon entering the Loma linda facility I was greeted by a customer service representative named Dee-Dee. The service I received was endearing after leaving coming from from some unpleasant new regarding my husband's health. My service on yesterday was wonderful and swiftly done.
