“This was a wonderful experience with my friends for Galentines. Steve the owner was amazing. Walked us through the whole project. Helped us when when needed, gave us space to be with friends. He is kind, courteous and thoughtful. Went over and beyond to help us on our projects to get them just “so”. Thank you so much. Hope to come back for another project!”
“Crafted is an amazing space, with small owned businesses, art, handmade goods and amazing sweet treats around every corner. Kid and dog friend. Also arts and craft classes running all weekends”
“I went to top canvas on a Wednesday not expecting to find any Sonny angels because they’re so hard to find nowadays. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by an associate named Angel and he was super helpful! The moment he knew I was looking for Sonny angels, he showed me everything they had! I ended up taking two Sonny angels and a collectors Sonny Angel which was cool! He was super dope and just made the whole Sonny Angel experience better! Customer service was 10/10 and I’ll be back for more Sonny angels lol :))”
“Amaloa and Cesar have created the beautiful space here in Hermosa Beach. When I moved to South Bay from NYC back in 2021, I discovered the shop on the first week and have truly felt they are two angels protecting us & neighbourhood. You can find great quality crystals and bowls and signature aroma oils and its sprays and so on. They are also such great artists!! ☺️ Try the monthly sound circle on the rooftop!”
“First time visit during 2024 Kwanzaa celebration. WOW! Who knew Long Beach had such an engaging dynamic art scene of Black artists! Painters, crafters, all had their works on display. Given the diversity of Long Beach there may also be displays of art from other Melanated people, and others, too. That night I was focused on the Black artists. Still, the variety of artists and art mediums was impressive. Once again, a treasure. A rare gem in Long Beach. It reminds me of the William Grant Still Arts Center in LA. Worth the 30 minutes drive from LA. When you go, buy something. Enhance your home with original art. Support local artists!”
“My daughter and I just LOVE, LOVE this place. It's relaxing, comfortable, inspiring and rewarding. Sometimes we do projects there together and at other times, she attends camps with her friends. Great team who are patient and kind.”
“The coolest amazingest art experience you'll ever have! A widely varied range of styles come together to create fantastic shows that never fail to impress. The Shockboxx team not only curates talent that is beyond, they have curated a community of the kindest, most generous artists and appreciators you can possibly find. I highly recommend. My favorite place.”

“Bo Bridges Gallery has unique and inspiring pieces to transport you. If you are looking for a unique gift for someone that has everything his artwork from around the world be the perfect gift. One of my personal favorite pieces is Gone Fishing here is a picture of it where I am pretending to pet the sharks ;)”
“We checked out the glaze lab and it was so fun! The only fee is the ceramic you choose to paint, and they’re all within the $15-$25 price range.
How it works:
-pick your ceramic and that’s all you pay for!
-pick up to 6 glazes
-get painting and leave it at the art center, come back ~ a week later to pick up once it’s done!
The process was so easy and fun, and the staff were incredibly helpful! So glad this is a thing here
Bathrooms inside and a free parking lot outside”
“LoVe to visit Max’s Shop, this is my go to place for essential spiritual goods. As well as a jewelry & clothing. If you haven’t been there, do yourself a favor. Experience the Village Treasures. ❤️??”
“Todd is a master silversmith of Native American jewelry, and a fabulous designer. He is also an extraordinarily personable man, generous with his time and knowledge.”
“Beautiful gallery space within a larger complex of artists lofts and other businesses. Entrance to the gallery (by appointment only) is along the loading dock on Anaheim, entrance to individual spaces is off of Daisy.”
“Jeff and the team at Dion Gallery did it again!!!
I brought in an autographed soccer jersey for Jeff to frame, and there was a little mix-up on my part that led to it not turning out quite how I envisioned. But Jeff and the team jumped right in and made all the adjustments I wanted. The final piece looks fantastic, just like I hoped! Jeff and Dion Galley really shine at what they do and always go the extra mile to make their customers happy!”
“Resin is totally out of this world, and yet conveniently located right here in Hermosa...Drop by, show up, tune in, and experience the creative magic and conscious connection of Indivisible Arts!!”
“Thank you for a great event last Thur night. Loved some of the changes and I even bought a piece of art. I know a lot goes into these event and I appreciate all the hard work. I enjoyed the engaging conversations with the artist! Keep up the great work! Someone mentioned closing Main Street...LOVE that idea”
“Beautiful crystals. Wonderful, positive groovy vibes originate especially from the divine and serene prayer garden- came here as in kismet- and can't stay away. They're moving to Hermosa soon- hope the cool and special vibes transfer seamlessly. Loving The Stone!!”
“The quick take: Had a great time in our date night class, and will be going back for more.
With more details: After getting curious about pottery, my wife and I started looking for art studios in the area and happily found that Summer Studios had different class options.
We stopped in and David was very helpful and friendly. We decided to do a date night class as a way to check it out and see if we liked it. Sokkit (the dog) very politely welcomed us on the night, and then David got into telling us about the process. He methodically stepped through the process and explained why you do the different steps and gave great descriptions of how to do them.
Then came our time to play with the mud... err... clay and throw our own pots. David was there to help us work through the steps and help us when we ran into some rookie concerns. It was a very welcoming and safe space to learn, and he made it a great date night activity. For our class, we got to make 3 different pots each. For the date night classes, David does the trimming, firing, and glazing, and then we get to go pick up the finished pots. I'm looking forward to seeing how they look after they get glazed & fired.
We enjoyed it so much we are looking at doing one of the 4 or 6 week classes in the coming months.”
