“We took in my wife's 2010 Toyota Corolla for some repair work to the left side rear passenger door.
Manny answered every question my wife asked him with ease.
We had been having some difficulty with our AAA adjuster. She wasn't being helpful at all & we had to go over her to her Manager. Manny handled the communication well with AAA.
The process went smooth from that point, AAA cut a check & we set up the repairs. Manny wanted to get a door first instead of us leaving the car & waiting for parts
That made perfect sense. It took a week to get a good door (he received at least 1 that he deemed unacceptable).
He told us 2wks.
We had it back in 1.
My wife was thrilled & very pleased with the quality of the work performed. They did an excellent job. He had the old door available for us to inspect (proof he replaced it)
We obviously don't want to need their services again, but they did great work & nice to know they are a shop I would return to if necessary.
