Professional, listened to my concerns, went for a test drive to hear the issue, lifted my car up and showed me exactly what the issue was. Showed me the parts once they arrived, quick with the service. Overall, I trust them more than the dealership and I will definitely go back when I have an issue.

The manager (Ali) meet me at my car asked me what was wrong with my car right away. The mechanics started working on my car right away..He took me inside and got me out the cold and offer me some coffee or water. Very good customer service skills.

I blew a piston on my Mercedes Benz AMG 63. I didn’t know the exact problem with my car so I had it towed to Benz N’ Beamers because I had a major problem with my BMW 745Li and several shop couldn’t identify the problem but Benz N’ Beamer did with no problem. Ali at Benz N Beamers was totally professional. Ali had his team do a free diagnosis on my Mercedes Ben. Ali informed me that the Mercedes blew a piston which damaged the engine block. He also informed me that I had a bigger problem with the car’s SAM unit. Ali also informed me that the car could be repaired but it would be wiser to buy another vehicle because repairing the Mercedes would be expensive; I agreed. Ali showed me a couple of nice BMW’s parked at the shop. I spotted one I really liked plus it only had one previous owner. Ali and I came to an agreement on a purchase price and time line for the car while allowing my Mercedes Benz to remain at his shop. I now own the BMW and gifted it to my father. Thank you Ali and Benz N’ Beamer.

This was my first time at Ben n Beamers. I took my GLB there for oil change and inspection was done with service. Staff were Professional and knowledgeable.
