It’s really hard to find an auto body shop that you feel is honest and reliable, but Doug and his team are just that. His whole team are amazing, straightforward, and super friendly. Everything was explained to me in detail and I was given different options for what I wanted to do for my repair. There was no pushiness or “salesman tactics” whatsoever. “They were cool and all but they can be a bit expensive. And the reason I gave them 4 stars was because they didn't do what I asked. And that was to check out my whole car and inspect it. I needed them to make sure that there wasn't anything else I needed to worry about. I know I was there solely to get my brakes fixed. But as much as they try and charge you the least they can do is to at least warn me of all fluid levels that are needed in my car. But no they didn't do that! In fact they didn't warn me about any other problems that I may have with my car. Nope they just fixed my brakes and sent me on my way. Until I find out later by someone else that I have no power steering fluid. And I have no motor oil in my car. I mean I'm a girl I don't know these things which is why whenever I take my car in for one problem I ask them if they could check all the stuff I may need more of. But they refrained from doing that! I guess nobody wants to go above and beyond anymore smh.”

“We took in my wife's 2010 Toyota Corolla for some repair work to the left side rear passenger door.
Manny answered every question my wife asked him with ease.
We had been having some difficulty with our AAA adjuster. She wasn't being helpful at all & we had to go over her to her Manager. Manny handled the communication well with AAA.
The process went smooth from that point, AAA cut a check & we set up the repairs. Manny wanted to get a door first instead of us leaving the car & waiting for parts
That made perfect sense. It took a week to get a good door (he received at least 1 that he deemed unacceptable).
He told us 2wks.
We had it back in 1.
My wife was thrilled & very pleased with the quality of the work performed. They did an excellent job. He had the old door available for us to inspect (proof he replaced it)
We obviously don't want to need their services again, but they did great work & nice to know they are a shop I would return to if necessary.
