Vanessa, who helped me picked out my favorite jacket in the Culver City store instantly recognized me and went through the trouble to help me pick out the correct size of an axial back armor pad. She is always very helpful and willing to spend the extra time to make sure we get what we will be happy with. She is absolutely a pleasure to deal with.

I came in for a list of off road riding accessories and was greeted as I entered the store. “Hey! Welcome!” Jon attended me and did his best to guide me to the selections and brands they carried in the store. I was able to get all but one of the things I’d hoped to. He was very helpful and as I left I thanked him for his good assistance. He replied “I’m happy to help, it’s what we’re here for!” How simple but how appropriate was that? You just don’t hear the basic courtesies any more. I left thinking “I’m going to do a review” Then I got the text asking me to do that. Good job Jon and Cycle Gear. You made my day.

I recently visited Cycle Gear in Lomita as a first-time rider, and I had an excellent experience. Walking into the store, I felt a bit nervous and unsure about what to ask, but the manager made the whole process smooth and comfortable. She was extremely helpful and took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the right gear for my riding needs. Her knowledge and guidance were top-notch, and because of her, I ended up signing up for the RPM membership. I’m looking forward to coming back for more gear and can’t recommend this store enough for new riders

Salesman Chris was talking me out out of buying a trickle charger because he disagreed new batteries need to be tended. After a my $1,482 bill, my Cardo coms was poorly installed with gaps in the mount and wires protruding from inside the helmet padding which I found to be unacceptable. Look for a guy named Matias instead, he was much more knowledgeable about these products and very personable.
