Came here after a long day of putting together a menu for my catering business. Order a chicken sandwich with fries & asked that the fries be extra crispy. The person taking my order said ok. When I got my order I checked the fries cause I had a feeling they weren’t cooked to my liking based off the temperature of the bag. So I drove back around & stated my complaint with the cashier. He proceeded to tell me that the fries were fresh out the fryer which wasn’t true. I have 12 years kitchen experience & five of them was dealing with a lot of fries so I know a little about temperature & texture when it comes to those. He then proceeded to tell me that they weren’t able to make them extra crispy cause they are on a timer so I said you can drop the fries again restart the timer. He said that they couldn’t cause it’s the rule lmao. So McDonald’s, Arby’s, Jack in the box, rally’s etc are breaking the rules when a customer ask for well done fries? This is ridiculous in my 12 years of cooking in restaurants I never heard of such a rule nor have I experienced such lack of knowledge about food & temperatures. Honestly the people working tonight should be fired or at least be put through another servesafe test under supervision cause if they have their certificate it’s probably cause they cheated the test or they just sincerely have no care about the food & customers they serve. I will definitely be reaching out to a manager tomorrow to resolve this issue

I go to this Popeye's because I love the voice of the drive-through employee, Dillon. He would make a fortune in recording audio books. He works hard goes to school and has manner, Something you don't see in a young person these days. He is also very kind and courteous and has the patience of a saint. He is an asset to the company. I go out of my way to go to this location because of Dillon. Do yourself a favor and go through their drive- through just to hear his voice.

This Popeyes was pretty good I went yesterday and got the chicken sandwich and it was of course amazing, the person who took my order I believe his name was Jose Luis had excellent service he was very nice and listened and took my order perfectly food and service was a 10/10! ?

My family and i ordered the chicken sandwiches and it Hurt their stomaches and had them throwing up. They are serving chicken and sauces that have gone bad and dont care that their Food is getting People sick.

I had a horrible Christmas experience at this popeyes number 13019. I brought a turkey on that Friday and followed the appropriate directions. On Monday, Christmas day, the turkey was horrible!! I think it was leftover from Thanksgiving as it smelled and tasted old. The skin tasted old as well. The turkey was so bad that my friend's dog wouldn't even eat it!! I went to the store on Tuesday after work to tell the manager. He was very condescending and rude. He provided no service recovery and told me he had sold over 200 turkeys. I attempted to call customer service and there is not a live person to help. I tried the AI generic message line and was texted that someone would follow up and no one has. I am now emailing corporate and awaiting f/u. The turkeys are good, but NOT from this POPEYES. I work with people daily and work hard for my money. Don't waste your money here. Corporate, please train your managers on customer service. My Christmas was ruined as the turkey went into the trash. Your Manager is a GRINCH who stole my Christmas!!!
