Summer Studios offers pottery and art classes for people of all ages, from date nights to summer camps. The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable, kind, patient, sweet, and dedicated, providing excellent individual and step-by-step guidance. Students never feel rushed or stressed in the positive environment. The pottery classes allow you to make multiple pieces on the wheel, which are then glazed in your choice of color. The studio has inspiring samples everywhere and uses its own in-house clay, which is good value and comes in a wide variety. The space is easy to find with great parking, often featuring classical music, a dog, and a cockatoo. It is a fun and memorable place where people are consistently happy to return.
Had my first wheel throwing pottery class here with David. David has been really really patient and good at teaching you how to make pieces beautifully and perfectly! I’m pretty happy about what I learned and what I made over the 6 weeks! Pieces in this photo are just my first 2 weeks results! Some more is on the way!!!!

Really enjoyed my beginner ceramics course and the studio time associated with it. Can’t wait to continue and build on the foundation Yasuko has taught us. Very friendly and chill environment. Lots of ongoing courses for people to advance their skills.
