i ordered a shirt in late August. I received it, but it was too small and i sent it back for a larger size. Nothing for about a month, so i sent an email asking if they had an update for my return.i got a quick reply to my email on September 26 asking me when it was sent back and what size i wanted (which indicated to me they had no idea about my order or where it was). i replied on September 27th, but haven't heard back since.i sent an additional email asking for an update on my order on October 6th. It's now been 4 days and no response.

I bought a couple of things a few years ago and I loved everything. Shirts were soft and just as I expected. Recently I bought 3 items and one of them was not at all what I was expecting. I emailed them and received a response the very next morning. They offered, no, they went ahead and sent out the correct item and a bag to return the wrong item. I received that package the following day. I am very happy with their customer service and their immediate response to correct the situation. There was no back and forth or questions asked. My satisfaction seemed to be all that mattered. I also love the style and feel of their athletic sweatshirts and some of the t-shirts styles. I will continue to buy from them if the products remain the same quality.Good job, guys and gals! Thanks for getting to me what I was expecting

Utter trash. Poor quality. Pictured shirts are not the same! Received super thin, undershirt like t-shirt with screen-printed image off-center. Don't waste your money.

I have mixed emotions about writing this.Back in August of last year ('21), I ordered four items. Three of which were great, one was not. The one that was a problem was a different quality sweatshirt even though the description was the same and nothing was noted otherwise. When I brought this up I was completely ignored by everyone.I repeatedly reached out to Brian, the owner and told him that the last item was not the same quality as the other sweatshirts I had ordered. In total, I sent seven emails, and numerous texts that Brian and I had communicated on prior and not a word back from them.I got one email that seems I was accidentally cc'd on as it was sent to "sales team", so I know my messages had be received. I waited and text and emailed; nothing. I have been waiting months for someone to show some kind of customer service professionalism, but no one has reached out so I felt it was time to write an honest review.Again, I am conflicted as I love three of the four items. However, nothing was done, no phone call or email or text to try to make things rights. I am disappointed as I wanted to support a local company and they did good work. It seems that they had zero desire to help correct the situation and make me a lifelong customer. I would not recommend this company just based on the customer service alone. If someone would like to contact me to make things right, please check your emails. Thanks.

Received a t-shirt with a hole in it. Clearly they knew about the hole because it was marked with a piece of tape. Emailed them, no response so far. They shipped a t-shirt with a hole in it.Soon after posting this review, I received an email and a refund.

Sadly I ended up ordering three of these.... NOT GOOD Quality... Unfortunately I didn't realize that had a horrible return policy... No one else has this horrible of a policy. The one I opened I will keep but sending two back which I have to pay to do... Horrible shirts... Good concept.... Don't waste your time!

I ordered three t-shirts from Ultras; it's been nearly a month since my initial order and I haven't received anything yet. When I've checked the tracking code that Ultras sent, too, there's no information available (appears that the shipper hasn't yet received the product from Ultras). I've reached out to customer service (three days ago) and haven't received a response yet.In short: I'm still waiting for an answer from Ultras, and I wouldn't order from this company again.

No ultras logo on the back anymore making it look like a cheap 5$ shirt from a street vendor outside a sporting event.the front printing looks amateur and cheap ,I ordered 7 (168$) shirts this last week and they were all rubbish! Emailed the sales team on what happened to the quality and detail that these shirts once had but no response .

Ordered a shirt from this vendor a week or so ago. They immediately took my payment and charged my card. They immediately sent me an email with a tracking number. Checked on tracking the following two days and it still showed that just the label had been created by the shipper. It had not reached the shipping facility to update the tracking. I emailed the only contact email address several times over the course of the next few days with no response regarding the status of my package. Once the package finally arrived I was disappointed to realize that it was not the correct size. I then emailed back to notify them that it needed to be exchanged. Within a few hours he emailed back and said for me to ship it back and they would exchange or refund my money. They proceeded to tell me that not only did I have to pay shipping charges for the initial order (which was fine) but I would be responsible for paying the shipping to return my item and then shipping again to have them send the correct size back. On the other hand, if I wanted to get a refund, I would still have to pay the return shipping as well as a 20% restocking fee. Poor customer service in my opinion. I will not be recommending or purchasing from this place again unless they would be willing to come up with a more fair return policy.
