Says that it opens at 8 but when I arrived at 8 it was not open. Had to be let in by a doctor because receptionist wasn’t there yet. Took more than half an hour to be seen when I’m the only person in the lobby. Had to be told by a receptionist from a different location that I couldn’t be seen under my insurance. Unprofessional. Awful. Never coming back. Pathetic

Had a fantastic experience here getting X-rays done for a wrist fracture. The staff here is very attentive and was able to get me checked in and seen very quickly. Tommy the x-ray tech was very professional and friendly. He did a great job guiding me during the whole process. I’ll definitely be back here instead of going to primary.

My favorite urgent care. Brand new clean clinic with plenty of parking. Staff is very professional with exceptional patient care. Came in for a rapid covid test and my kaiser insurance covers with them. Nurse's Tommy and Daisy took my vitals and administered my test. Very kind and had knowledgable answers for all my questions. Quick and easy. 5 stars!!

This urgent care really takes care of you. During the pandemic, their team stayed after hours to take care of my mother. They went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of. Thank you to Dr.B, Tommy, and Samantha for helping us when we really needed it.

I never ever leave reviews unless I feel really obligated to tell people so they don’t experience what I did.Came to get a TB testing for work. Called ahead to make appointment but they said to just walk in. I walk in and they said it won’t take long. Proceed to wait 30minutes before going up to ask how long its going to take. The nurse (?) at the front desk then proceeds to give me another form to fill out. Why did they not give this to me at the beginning when I was signing everything else? I then wait 10more minutes before they see me. 40minutes of waiting…I understand they may be busy but it was me and one other guy waiting in the lobby. Maybe there is one nurse and one doctor total in this urgent care. So please take note before going.Today I went to get my TB test checked. I see the same nurse as last appointment. I ask up front how long it would take. She says “not long”. I wait 20minutes and as I am about to get up to ask her how much longer she gets up and leaves. There is no one at the front (pictured). I wait for another 5 minutes before finding a nurse i. The back walking by. I explain I am getting tb test checked. She asks me to sign in (first nurse never asked me to) and says someone will be with me shortly. I wait another 5minutes before a male nurse comes. Again.. 30minutes. Makes me wonder if I hadn’t gotten up to get the nurse how much longer I would have waited.Once in the room he looks at my arm and says “oh no positive “ and leaves the room. He then comes back with another asian nurse who says “oh no, thats just negative”. I have yet to experience such an unprofessional environment.Overall had a very bad experience and can’t imagine having to come when I actually have an urgent problem.Unless you have all the time in the world, or bored I highly do not recommend coming here. Please go to Minute Clinic at a cvs. They will see you in less than 5minutes.

i don't normally leave reviews. i just wanted to say i really appreciate the PA that helped me out, Lindsay taylor. because of Lindsay i had a great visit. ive never had a person in any sort of medical field treat me and have patience with me as much as Lindsay. i was listened to and helped throughly, and treated with equality and respect. thank you again lindsay!!!

Been going to this place for months now...they have done for me what my primary doctors have not..The place is near clean, staff is courteous, the PA explains everything to you and take their time to listen.I never had yo wait too long to be seeing. They treat you with care. I give it a 5 fo ?

Kathleen Nguyen!!!!KATHLEEN NGUYEN!!!!!Kathleen Nguyen is incredible. Kathleen patiently listened to me and asked plenty of questions, I felt covered from all angles. I went to a different urgent care yesterday and they didn't even check my breathing etc. They were so convinced I had Covid (negative) that they didn't do any other treatment. Whereas Kathleen carefully examined me and came up with a few hypotheses and checked each one. Turns out I had strep, maybe the other place would have noticed if they LOOKED AT ME. The clinic itself is pretty bare bones. No wifi, you have to wait IN the waiting room. Then the usual Urgent Care issues (long wait in the waiting room, long wait in the exam room - but they checked in on me and brought me water).While United doesn't have all the gimmicks, and the waits are long (what urgent care isn't this season/after the holidays) the staff definitely makes up for it - or at least Rosio does. Therefore, 5 stars.PLUS! THEY. ANSWER. THE. PHONE. No navigating a bunch of automated stuff.

Look, I was trying to change my antibiotic to something different bc it was not working properly and all they did was keep transferring me from person to person and they said oh you need to talk to the front desk this is the back desk....so unprofessional. By the way it's 150 to just be seen here.

Gosh I hate leaving bad reviews but this one had to be done, I walk in and I could see a women at the front she didn't greet me I said hello and then again when I got to the desk finally a response, I told her I was hoping I could get seen (mind you I was the *only person there) and that I'm under my moms insurance I've fortunately always had her help me out with this sort of stuff she asked what insurance I had ,immediately she said she's never heard of it and doesn't think they'll accept it I said oh ok .... Dead silence now I'm not in this field of work but aren't you supposed to say something along the lines of "but let me check and call for you " finally I said ok let me call my mom ofcourse even she said "why isn't she calling?" The woman finally said ok I'll call but it seemed like I had asked alot from her, she didn't tell me to have a seat I don't need someone to hold my hand but I think manners would have been nice , I wait a while Normal I assume, I finally get up from my chair she's conversing and giggling with the insurance lady she asks me if I have flu like symptoms?? Then goes back to giggling and lots of mmhmm mhmm mhmm , finally I tell her it's alright I'll go home and call my self since I am still sick and feeling tired, she asks are you sure I can call and see if you can get approved ??? Yes Yes I am sure .

I recently had moved from North Hollywood to Lomita area, as I was feeling sick for few days already started worrying that I might have to drive to my primary doctor in Burbank, this morning at some point my symptoms started getting serious and headed to United Urgent care as it was the one that came in Google searches as nearest to me.Upon my arrival I was stunned by the lobby standards from walls to chairs to desk to the receptionist.Bottom line super equipped medically and sparkling clean. The medical professional providers all awesome from start to finish with a Holistic vibes and in the medical room was a TV with relaxing music displaying fish aquarium.XRay room like brand new and on and on and on.I don’t understand why people are not happy with this place, I find it under rated! Not fair at all! They deserve a 5 star.I am very grateful to have a such wonderful urgent care, you can walk in and they accept most of insurance providers.I got treated for bronchitis, got a doctor note and prescription and the kindest human treatment your body needs when it gets weak.One should know how to be grateful.
