The lady working the front counter around 1:15 today 8/27/25 the older heavy set lady she is very very rude. Yelled at me because I didn’t have something correctly. Last time I went , someone else helped me out with kindness friendly helped me out told me how to do it the right way etc etc you know good customer service, this lady on the other hand should not be working there with that attitude

Came here this afternoon for a return sue an a man working long line waiting for 20 min not there fault I get to the front then the man walks away says he’s closed now only one person very long line now as he walks away lady finally helps me and says “can you tape it” I said well I don’t have any tape do you have any I can put she said you can buy tape for 3$ I said I need one strip of tape can you tape it for me she said like you we also must buy the tape some what understand but extra commentary not needed after I’m frustrated clearly l I’m not buying tape for one strip that’s crazy so I had to leave went to old Torrance post office and very kind an let me have a strip of tape as a business you must buy supplies for your costumers very dissatisfied an disappointed

OMG this place really knows how to milk the clock! Be ready to wait if you want to ship something! If the line is short they will make it long and make people wait. Only 1 person working some times for that same reason. It’s ridiculous

One of the worst post offices I’ve tried to use. THEIR SELF SERVICE IS NOT OPEN UNTIL 7PM - the door is always locked. During regular business hours, I feel bad for those in line waiting forever while multiple workers behind the counter are doing tasks that aren’t helping the long line of customers ahead of them. The one time I’ve had to stand in the dreaded line for a money order, the worker was quite rude. UPDATE YOUR HOURS, as I’ve seen multiple people’s time wasted and plans ruined trying to use the self service machine after work. However, I doubt there is enough competency to make such a change. Avoid at all costs.

My mail is always missing. I went over there a week ago gave my information said they would call me, but no call as of yet. I want to know where my mail is but no one here gives you any answers or anything. Just we will call you but no one calls you back

This USPS can provide a passport application service. Make sure that you have made the online booking before you go there.

Horrible service and rude lazy staff. I am an employee and was still charged for using tape to add on a paid label. The staff is condescending and lazy, they will not help you with anything and only want to get as much money as they can from you. This is very un-American and this shop does not support America or the troops. Do not waste your time here , look for any other location. Very disappointed and ashamed of this location.

Good spot they move quickly and are nice if your nice to them I've seen so many people come in barking at the employees like it's their fault for whatever the issue they are going through but they handle it well thanks again

I had to lose my appointment for my son's passport because I had waited 40 minutes and never got in and had to pick up my daughter. They are ultra slow.
