Rude expect for the person who did my nails. He is gone so I won't be going back.

Good first time. Took my 89 year old friend with me. She got a manicure and I got a pedicure. She liked the girl who did her nails.

Don't bother making an appointment. They will still ask you to wait 30 minutes. This has happened to me several times since they opened up shop. The only reason I tried them again is because I received a gift cert for Xmas. And let's be honest, their work is not amazing enough to make an appointment AND wait for them to be over with the walk-in that they took in knowingly they had an appointment. Bad business all the way. I'm not sure they really care about customer service. They sure have a funny way of showing it.

I recently had my nails done there. My left arm and hand are paralyzed due to a stroke. It's difficult to do a fill. Lynn was wonderful. She was patient and kind. I will be a forever client. Thank you so much.

Went to get a full set and a pedi.. my nails weren't filed down right and one broke the next day.. another the day after that just from doing my dishes. Pedicure water was ice cold and she didn't even try to do a good job. When I left the women wanted me just to sign my receipt at the bottom and when I went to put in tip and amount she tried to tell me no meaning she would put her own in after I left because it was blank. I filled out what was blank so there were no empty spaces and I won't be going back

I just left allure nail salon after not going there for a couple of years because on my last experience there it was not worth the money. So today I go again because I'm in a hurry and they are the ones that would take me right away meaning I got there right away and I had to wait half an hour. Then I get into the chair she starts to do my feet I am done in 11 minutes. My whole experience there to get my feet scrubbed and softened up and painted pretty took 11 minutes. I could have done a better job myself. She scrubbed my feet for a total of 30 seconds on each foot

They tried having me walk barefoot on the floor to the hand station, the lady doing my feet didnt even clean my nails and when i asked her to she declined and told me it was just my toenail... the woman doing my nails had to stop and file my fingernails because the woman doing my fingernails messed up and the towels they used on my legs and hand were not hot and smelled weird?.

Earlier this year my 81 year old mom had to be moved to a memory facility in Lompoc and over the course of the last couple of months we have gone to Allure Nail Salon A few times to have my mom have her nails done and get a pedicure! I have to say that the girls that work there that have helped us have been so very kind and went out of their way to take extra care of my mom's needs... Thank you very much for all you did for my mom, you made her very happy!

Horrible service and bad technique. Just choose a different nail place.

I called two days in advance to secure my spot for a pedicure and the lady I spoke to let me know 6:15 was fine. I walked in at 6:15 and there was about 5 people also waiting for a pedicure, and they sat them down before me when I had an "appointment". Mind you, it was already 6:30 and they just had sat down the 5 other people. Very unprofessional, and this is the first time I've heard the appointments aren't taken first.

Called early this Monday morning to make sure I got in. The woman on the phone said to come in right away. I was there in 7 minutes. They made me wait another ten minutes. There were only two people working on customers. My pedicure started and I was poked twice. I complained about the pain. She asked me if I wanted her to stop. "No," I said. Just don't poke my toes, it hurts" on the 3rd time I asked her to be careful. She got frustrated and started hurrying. Five minutes later she told me she couldn't do my nails because she had an appointment and I would have to return. I told her I had an appointment too, why bump me? She insisted that I come back. She wouldn't do my nails. Another attendant just sat there doing and saying nothing. I got upset and told her to stop doing my feet because she was actually hurting me anyway. She charged me $15 for removing the polish and soak my feet. I walked out and I'll never go back! I see by other reviews that I'm not the only person who's received a shoddy service. There are more nail salons in this area than Starbucks/MacDonalds/Burger King/Taco Bell combined. How do they stay in business?

Honestly, I’m impressed! I got a basic pedicure (wasn’t offered any options) but it was quick and I like that since I like being in and out of nail salons. The ladies working there are very sweet. I love my pedicure and I’ll be returning! $30 for a pedicure isn’t too bad eitherUpdated review:I came in today and got one of the best pedicures and manicures I’ve had in a LONG time! I was treated so well and both nail technicians were gentle, kind and gave me one of the of the most relaxing mani/pedis I’ve had in a long time. This will be my permanent salon.Service: Pedicures
