“Thank you! My washing machine failed and I found Tikal Appliance repair service here in Yelp. I called right when they opened. The owner answered my call, took some detail and gave me a time he would come to my house to do the repairs. He was here in less that 30 minutes looked the washer over and told me that this old washer was a good model and that "they don't make them like this today". I had found a small piece of plastic at the foot of washer which I had set aside in case it meant anything to him. It did, and he replaced a switch and all was good. He said that he always kept these switches on hand as there were so many of this model still in service. Anyway, the repair took 10 minutes reasonable price and out the door. Wow! Can't ask for more than that. And, I didn't have to replace the washer! I highly recommend this company.”
