I just want to know whos is the manager here this store the person to work tuesday his nama Jacob he has bad customer service my daughter went to get a sim card for her phone because they didn't send it one my daughter was in the phone when he was very rude with her she went with my husband he dosen't deserve to work there i went today to ask him why he was so rude with her i ask for manager an the phone number he give me the store phone number so i want the Manager phone number he told get out of my store please his store i think the have to have people more professional and kind with customers i hope the manager see this i want to talk to the manager.

No waiting. I had a problem with my Samsung S22 phone. The nice woman looked up my account and told me that I had insurance. She instructed me on how to start a claim, which I did on the phone from the parking lot. Before the sun was down, I had an AT&T tech come out to our house with a replacement phone. He got me all set up and I love the new cellphone! Superior customer service!

Made an appointment for 6pm and I arrived 15 minutes beforehand, but the doors were locked which surprised me. The lady next door said a member was inside because their car was parked closeby. I waited for 25 minutes with nobody there to unlock the doors. Another customer arrived but they left after a while too. Severely disappointed that my appointment was confirmed and nobody was in the store. Period. I drove to the Santa Maria location instead, 30 minutes away. Lost a fat chunk of time. I do not recommend coming to this location.

As a tourist from Europe I needed immediate help because some other AT&T store screwed up selling me a prepaid plan. Staff at Lompoc gave their best and saved our day. Thank you!

I went there to get a phone didn't have 2 of the options I wanted in stock and when I I finally was going to lay for it I swiped my card and it got declined twice but after I authenticated the transaction they typed it in manually and it went threw to fin out it was charged 5 times andd in the middle of setting up my at&t account we couldn't set it up. Nor did we ever finish setting up my account. An to this day I haven't got the phone

No help at all once you are in. Went to the store three times, left my information with them three times, all three times I was told I was going to receive help and got nothing. Now I'm stuck without the $800 trade-in credit I was supposed to receive.

We came to the store to update our phones. Andy helped us but at the same time he has to help his ither co-worker who was trying to help another customer. Andy was very apologetic to us but we do understand because that customer was already there when we arrived. Andy showed us the different iphone 14. We opted for the pro. Turned out he has to order it. He said by Monday we should have it. Bring it to the store and he would transfer my data from the old phone. The phone arrived Friday, and we went back to the store and he recognized us right away and transferred the data. Everything works in the new phone. The people who work in that store are all friendly. We noticed that with the other customers too. I would surely recommend that store to all my friends. Keep up your good work guys.

My wife and were in AT&T store in Lompoc to have my wife’s phone upgrading. The manager Lisa and the tech Andy were very patient while Andy served us. We had taken advice from Andy to upgrade my wife’s IPhone 8 to IPhone 14 +. My wife is very satisfied with the upgrading service and very happy with her new phone. Therefore, she is urging her younger brother to come and have his IPhone 8 to be upgraded to IPhone 14+ too. We are waiting for my brother in law coming to the AT&T Lompoc now.

andy was THE BEST. he helped us out and got our issue resolved almost immediately. he restored our faith in at&t in lompoc and we will be returning soon to add a new line.

I went to this store to upgrade my daughters phone. Andy in the store was great. We got home and the phone kept overheating. We went back to the Lompoc store to get it replaced, we were told they did not have any in stock and one would be mailed to us. It never came so we called and the person who answered told us we couldn't have had one sent to us, it doesn't work that way. We were told to go back to the store the next day when the manager was in. We went back to Lompoc, manager told us we couldn't return it to ATT and it that it was an Apple problem and that we had to go to Apple. Made an appointment at Apple, Apple tells us it has to be replaced by Att. So we went to ATT in Santa Barbara, they were amazing, but said the ATT in Lompoc is a third party store and that it has to be returned to them and that they are required replace it. If we had bought it at a real corporate Att store we could have replaced it at any Corporate Att store.We live in Santa Ynez. After days, many miles traveled, our time, the fuel, and we still don't have a phone that works.This att store is not corporate, it is third party owned. The manager is horrible. DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE THROUGH THIS STORE!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

Alexis was the sole employee at our Lompoc AT&T store. He was intelligent, friendly, had a vast knowledge of phones, plans, accessories, etc., and he was extremely friendly and very polite. There were several times during our visit the store would get incredibly busy and Alexis handled every customer with a calming and professional ease. My husband and I along with the other customers were very impressed and hope that he will be recognized as the true asset he is to our local AT&T store.
