Just want to say excellent service from Manager Jose at Autozone ! He helped me with a motorcycle battery today that I had an issue with and I made it to work on time so grateful I am for that. Thank you so much Jose you went far and beyond customer service and you treated me with kindness and above all respect. Best customer service I’ve ever received and I appreciate you so much.

I recently had a great experience at AutoZone when I needed to buy and replace my car battery. Alex was incredibly helpful and took care of it. The entire experience was smooth and quick.

Horrible knowledge of the simplest parts, like a cooling hose. Lazy too and unwilling to do a little bit of typing in order to help the people that give them jobs by purchasing things there. Napa and O’Reillys is better. O’Reilleys has the best customer service but Napa isn’t terrible, especially compared this this Auto Zone store. Worst ever and I’ve lived in quite a few states.

Heads up for a customers that desire to take items back that they're not going to use even if they're brand new in the they told me that without a receipt that they could not return the items for me.. it was a quite surprised because before you can return them under the same phone number you use to purchase the product.... So find me a located my receipt to the items back in with my receipt then they asked me for a phone number like what the hell I'm bringing you the receipt what do you need my phone number for if you can't use it to take the products backI believe this is just certain people only not for everybody.. therefore I'm going to take my business somewhere else you get treated so much better at O'Reilly with just the phone number they'll see that you purchase the items and make sure you have your receipt though lesson learned
