The worst experience, the truth is, nothing new, it is incredible how I have to lose my money because of one of their ATMs that got stuck with my money inside, I never returned it, I called, I made the claim and today, three months later, they do not respond to my claim for more than 3 hours. on the phone I spokeWith more than 8 representatives they only know how to say this is another department, I will transfer it to the claims department and so on for more than 3 hours until you get angry and prefer to hang up than to spend more than half an hour waiting for an interval to be told this is not my department and they still say that they give you a global professional service, that's what they call professional service. In short, my money was lost because there is no answer, a shame because according to me this was a good bank

Twice in the past, I've tried using these ATM's and I had to drive an extra hour to Santa Maria and back, because they shut down their only ATM in the town. I didn't notice until the second time, that there was a single piece of paper taped to the window. A printout saying the ATM was shut down for around a month! It didn't stand out from all the other ads and baloney they've got taped up. Can definitely see why anyone could miss it. They shut the other ATM in town down for this one! Now I'm trying to look up if it may be open or if I have to go out of my way before I get to Lompoc to see an ATM and nothing is posted. No hours or 24 hour access notice. Why would I want to keep an account with a bank that makes it so hard to access my own money with no notice. I even went on their mobile app and didn't see anything about it previously when it was closed. I, mean, I believe they also removed the ATM from Albertsons so this dump is the only option. So watch out, may have to spend at least about $15 on gas to go out of town to access an ATM if this one is randomly shut down when you show up.

Every single time I go there the door is locked and doesn't open when I insert my card to open the door, it's now the 1st and I have to drive 30 miles to get my rent money..... fix your doors, or make an outside atm.

This bank is not flashy or fancy or busy most days. But the parking is easy, the hours work fine, and the walk in service is fast great. And making appointments is a piece of cake and the waiting area is comfy, but you won't be there long. Violet has helped me a couple dozen times and is FANTASTIC. She's fun to visit with and VERY knowledgeable and makes things simple. I recommend her and the location for any banking needs. The tellers are all friendly and fast. AAA+

(There are only 2 ATMs) Compared to other Bank of America ATMs, the ones in Lompoc are a lot more newer and even have NFC support so if you had Android Pay or Apple Pay on your phone you can withdraw money without the need of your physical card. Every once in a while one if the ATMs will not be available for some feature such as depositing cash which can be a bummer if you can to wait a long time to use the ATM only to realize that the feature that you need is currently unavailable and have to wait in line again to use the other ATM (sometimes a bank employee will leave a note saying a feature is currently unavailable on the ATM). The ATMs are located near a "small" parking lot, there is lighting to make you safe if you go at night, the ATMs also have little mirrors so you can see behind you.
