    I enjoy shopping at Boot Barn because the value of the clothes is amazing. I am always helped as well, looking for clothing is easy when there is great customer service and willingness to help. When something is not in store, I can easily order online and have it shipped to the store.

    Went to the Lompoc location to get a old Stetson hat that was my wife's Grampas cleaned, re shaped and stiffened. I have to say Jacob did a great job on it, on top was a great person, really professional, and even showed my son how to stay on top of maintaining it. We highly recommend Jacob for service at boot barn.
