Fantastic framing. Not only did Bob help pick a frame that complimented the piece extremely well; the frame was made exquisitely. Flawless joinery. It's worth the drive from SLO or other outlying areas. You won't regret it.

I ran into CGW in 2000 when I was looking to frame our marriage license/certificate while on our California Missions Honeymoon. Up and down the coast most places said yeah we can do it come back in a week - not happening. Ken was up to the challenge and as the wife & I went on a walk about in Lompoc Ken an Bob spent their lunch framing it. Ken & Bob take their time with each photo, print, original and help you determine the best frame and mat to properly display your showcase. Don't be in a rush take your time and you will not be disappointing. They also frame with glass that will protect your artwork from sunlight and fading. We live in Los Angeles and over the years Ken & Bob are our exclusive framers. Sure I could go to a place more local but when you have excellence you should take your work to Collectors Gallery West.

I have worked with Ken and his team for many years and they have always done an excellent job for me. Highly recommend plus browsing the vintage prints and bin of cool old frames is also fun and you just might find a treasure!

I’ve had five pieces framed here in the last couple of months and am so happy with how all of them came out. Bob has a great eye and helped me come up with custom frame styles that suited each piece of art perfectly. I think the prices are very reasonable for the quality of the work and materials, too.

This place is great if you need quality framing or want to buy unique artwork/prints. We saw some framing and matting jobs and they looked perfect. The owner is very engaging and knowledgeable, and he is always creating new pieces from old advertisements so inventory is always changing.

These guys are fantastic! They've framed numerous objects for us over the years and always take the utmost care in what they do. They are excellent when it comes to working with fragile material and can accommodate nearly anything! We have at least 5 pieces hanging in our house today that they have created custom mattes and frames for. Though they aren't cheap, considering how good a quality they provide, it worth every penny to know that our prized art pieces will remain just as they are thanks to Collectors Gallery West. As I write this I have two items that I am planning on taking over to them in the next few days. I know they will do a great job on those as well... I would highly recommend Collectors Gallery West to anyone who needs framing work done.
