Bad costumer service they do the bare minimum to try to help you or they don't have a good knowledge of what to do ! Because then they direct you to call cosutomer service your self thru the phone , seens like the only thing there fast at is taking payments. When asked to speak with management they said they don't have one, super frustrating to try and switch over takes them super long unlike at&t, they show to not care about their costumers as much very disappointed

Rep. was pleasant but it was obvious he wasn't educated by management on the products available. Every question I had on specific phones and the performance capabilities of the phones was answered with vague answers. Not helpful for the customer who may not be as savvy as some when it comes to the latest specs on the new phones available. Honestly I see this with many businesses where they have hired people who don't even know what they're selling or just simply don't take the personal initiative to educate themselves on what their job and work offers the public. Anyways I ended up going somewhere else to purchase a phone. It didn't upset me, just disappointed that someone dropped the ball and blaming or getting upset isn't worth it. Hopefully management figured it out when they notice profits plummet and take ownership enough to maybe make sure each rep. is educated enough on their stores products at least so that their staff's answers aren't," Ugh... well it depends or I guess."

I switched over and they were very helpful with things that aren't even part of their job! Like helping me transfer my numbers and redownload my apps. They even helped me log back into all my apps even though the only information I had was my email. 10/10 customer service!

Sold me the wrong charger after assuring me it was the right one for a phone I bought at their store. When I went back they said they didn’t carry that charger and refused to refund my money.

It's just that, okay! Try Verizon first, try boost Mobile 2nd try everybody else before you go to Cricket. You might just get somebody else's old phone along with all their trash and phone calls. As a matter of fact, they suck! Second-rate phone store. Good phones ,cheap service! Kind of like having a badass car that looks beautiful but it doesn't go anywhere bcuz the motor won't stay running! Sorry ,but hey, I'm just speaking the facts! See you tomorrow because you need to fix my phone again for the third time. Again,not the phone, just let me know why I don't get the proper service I need , paid for ,a lot!

It is always a pleasure going to cricket!! The staff at the Lompoc location are amazing.. They are patient and super helpful, they stayed over an hour from their closing time to help us with setting up my family members phones.. For which we are so thankful for!! If you want excellent service and the best crew in town, please visit them!!
