The pharmacy techs are always helpful, and when you have a medical question they immediately get the pharmacist to help you with that. No matter how busy they are the pharmacist will go out on the floor and direct you on what medication to take and make sure that that medication doesn't interact with your other medications, like me I am on a lot. I truly appreciate the pharmacists taking the time to explain things to me, whether it's about a shingle shot a pneumococcal pneumonia shot or just a general question about my medication.

It's 5 pm. Half of Lompoc is in line.There is one clerk working. What is going on? Customer's have time restraints too. You can do better.

The new pharmacy manager Katie is a true gem! She is kind, caring, very knowledgeable, and helpful always! The staff here are very friendly as well, I've been here for years and intend to stay here, thank you all for your great customer service and special thanks to Katie for going above and beyond, I greatly appreciate you!

Pros: Friendly staff, knowledgeable, same people have worked there for a long time, helpful, quick callbacks, prescriptions always ready on time
Cons: Understaffed, lines often reach back to the middle of the store, delivery options work sometimes and not others, not all medications are supported for delivery
Conclusion: Overall things have improved over the years and they are trying to get better.
Grade: B+

Terrible customer service. No texts or calls on why prescriptions are delayed (insurance issues etc) called to check on my prescription a Dr sent in the other day, lady states it's not gonna be ready because you can just purchase it OTC. Well, then don't bill insurance btch.

Most of the Pharmacy staff need a refresh coarse in manners and customer care! They are extremely rude and condescending. If you don't want to have to answer to customers don't get a job that involves Customer Service/ Support. The amount of times I have called in regards to my medications and have recieved extremely poor customer service is beyond me. Will definitely be switching Pharmacies. For the associates who do take their job seriously and professionally I apologize for having to write this review but enough is enough!!! Management needs to step up!
