I am so sick of this place. While the NEVER answering their phone has improved (no doubt too many complaints to the head office), more times than should be for a pharmacy, I trek over there only to find out the pharmacy is closed. Either for lunch (the posted time was different on the internet) or, like today, they had some random reason on the front door. This, to me, shows a level of unprofessionalism not expected at a pharmacy. Do they even care about their community?

Terrible customer service. No texts or calls on why prescriptions are delayed (insurance issues etc) called to check on my prescription a Dr sent in the other day, lady states it's not gonna be ready because you can just purchase it OTC. Well, then don't bill insurance btch.

If someone on staff is rude , then they are clearly going thru something u never know someone else's story. They are human just like customers that are also rude sometimes. ? for them and mabe wen you need a prayer one day a stranger might pray for u.

Most of the Pharmacy staff need a refresh coarse in manners and customer care! They are extremely rude and condescending. If you don't want to have to answer to customers don't get a job that involves Customer Service/ Support. The amount of times I have called in regards to my medications and have recieved extremely poor customer service is beyond me. Will definitely be switching Pharmacies. For the associates who do take their job seriously and professionally I apologize for having to write this review but enough is enough!!! Management needs to step up!

This store never has enough products for the deals for the week. Store looks empty. The older female cashier seems to have attitude with shoppers with different skin color than her.

I enjoy coming to this Cvs store. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I am always happy to see Sandy when I come n. She is always smiling. I have never had an issue with Cvs.

On Friday, I woke up with slight pain and redness in my left eye. Later, the problem increased significantly and when the urgent care doctor saw me at first glance he said I had a bacterial infection and I should start antibiotics immediately. He said it looked pretty bad and referred me to a specialist. My prescription was sent to CVS. I received an automated text from CVS saying they were working on my prescription. I waited hours and was concerned that I may not receive my meds before CVS closed. I called to check and an automated message said my prescription would be completed on Monday! When I finally spoke to with an employee, they said they did not have the prescription in stock and they would receive a shipment Monday. They suggested that I go to Buellton CVS, as they had it in stock. Unfortunately, Buellton CVS refused to fill the prescription, as they would be closed before I could get there. It's 10 am Saturday morning. I am waiting currently for Walgreens to fill my prescription. The painful infection in my eye has been festering overnight. Thanks CVS! If you use this pharmacy (I no longer will), I would call and actually speak with an employee immediately after your medication is prescribed.

This place is a disaster! Everyone dicking off in the back room. 20 minutes. Lost a bunch of my photos! Calling corporate tomorrow and going back up for some serious conversation with the goddamn manager. Don't bother with this dump!

Tech was super snippy with me! I went for a vaccine. The text said to check in at the pharmacy counter. There are no signs that say where to check in for a vaccine, There are three spots. Drop off, consultation and pick up. A person in line told me she thought I should go to consultation. When I went there, the tech asked if I was there for a consultation. Since I wasn’t dropping off or picking up anything, and I was signing in and asking about my appointment, I said “ I guess.” She saw my vaccine card and sounded very irritated and said “ you’re not here for a consultation.” Okay, whatever. Go ahead and ridicule me, act like I’ve committed a crime, and sign me it without asking for my ID, insurance card, or asking me any of the typical questions they usually ask. A very unpleasant experience. Most other technicians are professional and nice. Not this one! Dark haired woman, maybe in the 40-50 year old range.

Currently on hold with the pharmacy for 30min. Grabbed a second phone at about the 20 min mark and was able to talk to Walmart, Albertsons, and a second CVS ( Buellton) all within 10min. This pharmacy sucks.

Never restocks simple things like Allegra-D. Can only imagine how horrible the service is if you had to get a prescription. Just close down your not needed

Do whatever you can to avoid using this pharmacy!! Unable and unwilling to read the doctors notes and insist the doctor call them to have prescription filled. CVS in Buellton was able and willing but unfortunately out of stock.

I’m leaving this review as a long time customer of CVS. CVS Which is particularly located in Lompoc who provided bad and rude Customer service to myself and my wife on multiple visits. They often refused to provide any assistance with issues like no tags on items ( employee flat out refused saying we can’t sell.. period.) Being in a smaller town I thought helps people remember in a positive way to help you in future if there is a bad experience and you brought to their attention. In fact here it was opposite and they kinda puts you on a list to discourage you to walk in to the store again.Particular employee who has insulted my wife now twice. My wife now gave up to ask for help. I went to purchase a cooler for medicines after my wife bought less than 30 mins ago. Understood that cooler did not have a tag so I asked & explained if they can review my receipt or CVS extra care card to review the price since it’s from same section. He refused to sell it all together and did not want to pursue anything further after I spent 15 mins to buy waiting in line. It almost sounded like he wanted to choose customers who he wants to sell. Until I raised my concern that how CVS is not accepting same product with same prices from same store sold 30 mins apart. Clearly other customers (thank you lompoc citizens ) who came to help me and he asked me to bring back receipt and product in person( would not accept photo despite of him knowing my wife bought this 30 mins ago from them with same card - he and another lady were even aware of this knowledge ). I did not even ask to change price or anything. I had to go back to prove their own product which was without tag and still it was treated like customer responsibility .It was like customers time, gas and money to find price tag and this was added with insult as cherry on top. another lady Lisa came to help after return visit with receipt and product and she did sell finally the same bag. This particular tall employee has repeatedly shown attitude and insulted our family and sadly town clearly doesn’t have another cvs … which leaves us in bad situations. As a customer and being a physician I personally felt pain of all my patients when they go through this pharmacy.THIS NEEDS CHANGE … I wish this feedback helps them improve professionalism ,customer service and hopefully training and loyalty to locals to gain their trust back. Unfortunately this wasn’t the first time and we did give multiple benefit of doubts but it’s a pattern here which stands out !

CVS Lompoc needs a management change. Stopped by there on Friday - it was backed up, just one cashier, and she seemed extremely slow. She finally called for a manager - manager came and was quick to say they were short-staffed. Not as an appology, more as a complaint, as if it was our, the customer's, fault for being there shopping on a Friday afternoon. A few of us turned around and left. I for one, will not stop by there anytime soon.
