“Nicest clerk ever! We stopped here on our way to LA. They didn’t have a public restroom but he allowed us to use the employee bathroom as we had kids with us. Extremely helpful and super nice person. It’s nice to know that there is still kindness left. Thank you so much!”

“Rep. was pleasant but it was obvious he wasn't educated by management on the products available. Every question I had on specific phones and the performance capabilities of the phones was answered with vague answers. Not helpful for the customer who may not be as savvy as some when it comes to the latest specs on the new phones available. Honestly I see this with many businesses where they have hired people who don't even know what they're selling or just simply don't take the personal initiative to educate themselves on what their job and work offers the public. Anyways I ended up going somewhere else to purchase a phone. It didn't upset me, just disappointed that someone dropped the ball and blaming or getting upset isn't worth it. Hopefully management figured it out when they notice profits plummet and take ownership enough to maybe make sure each rep. is educated enough on their stores products at least so that their staff's answers aren't," Ugh... well it depends or I guess."”
