“I was staying in the area and bought a weeks pass for this gym. All the staff I met were very friendly. I especially enjoyed a class with Pat who bought a fantastic energy and was so lovely and approachable. The vibe at the gym is also very relaxed and not intimidating compared to some other gyms. The swimming pool was nice and warm too. A really lovely friendly gym with good facilities and value for money”

“I have been going to awaken since it opened and have yet to leave a review! This is one of my favorite places in Lompoc; The place I didn’t know I needed. It’s such a friendly environment full of tough, amazing women encouraging one another. Bridgette is a BEAST and teaches kickboxing techniques with ease and without any judgement. I recommend this place to any woman in Lompoc.”
