Came in to buy some wire for the welder. Set my items on counter. No customers inside. Just me. Guy says you have to have a basket. I said just leave them there and will walk around so I don’t carry them. He says you cannot do that. Have to use a cart or basket. There is no one in the store. So I didn’t walk around and buy more I just left. Whatever this guy is thinking is wrong. He needs to be retrained. I could have bought even more stuff but he was ridiculous.

Very clean Harbor Freight. I went in to buy an oil extractor, and thankfully they had it. This is a large location for them and they have so much to look at. Like most visits to this store, I always buy more than what I was looking for but it worked out!
The staff were great and the line moved fast. Everyone was very helpful and the store was clean.

Downgrading it some, because no one answers the phone, and I've bought two defective products from there. Returned one to the SLO store, while I was working there, and live in Santa Maria, so don't want to have to drive back to Lompoc to ask a question or return an item.
