Hilltop Guest Ranch & Vineyards is a private 350 acre working ranch and vineyard located in the Santa Rita Hills of Santa Barbara Wine Country, just 7 miles off the HWY 101. The ranch boasts pristine land in the Santa Ynez Valley with rolling hills, large old growth trees, rich clay soil, refreshing coastal breezes and the Santa Ynez River. It is a secluded and expansive property that serves as a blank canvas for weddings, receptions, parties, corporate events, photo shoots, production and workshops, with flexible rental availability. Guests describe the venue as beautiful, well-maintained and stunning, with views that create the perfect setting for a wedding while feeling warm, welcoming and family-friendly. The property offers multiple locations for pictures, a rustic yet modern barn, a pond, two trees for ceremonies, permanent disco balls and a VW photo booth. The owners are kind, accommodating, friendly and easy to communicate with, going above and beyond to help. Guests of all ages felt comfortable and had an amazing time. Really cool place and layout. You don’t feel like you’re at a venue almost like you are at home. They do an outstanding job supporting vendors. Beautiful big green grass area for reception. Separate barn for dancing. Great place. Highly recommend for ranch style valley wedding
