**Disappointing Experience - Unacceptable Cleanliness**
I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed by the lack of cleanliness. Upon entering my room, I found dog poop on the floor that the cleaning staff had clearly forgotten to remove. It's completely unacceptable for a hotel to leave such a disgusting mess behind, especially when cleanliness should be a top priority!!!

I stayed here for a total of like 20+ nights so I think I will have encountered any issues if there were any. The hotel is super quiet and clean. The housekeeping is above and beyond and the rooms have a kuerig, mini fridge and microwave. The laundry room has two washers and two dryers and the wash loads are about $2.50 a piece. Parking is free but on the weekends there’s not much. As far as breakfast goes you get a lot for your voucher, more than any continental breakfast you could get however I will say there were many days where I would order it to go and they would forget utensils or bread and then I’m already on the road. The WiFi was spotty consistently for me unfortunately. The staff were all nice and there’s a mini store in the lobby for essentials. Walking distance to a few restaurants and not far from Walmart or Starbucks ect.

Hotel is great and the restaurant in the hotel is definitely worth it. I recommend if you are in Lompoc or staying here please come have dinner at their restaurant as well.

Great place, friendly staff, modern interior, and clean rooms.
Stayed for business travel for 2 nights, staff were friendly, clean rooms, modern furnishing, central to VFB. Decently located around some grocery stores. Saw a lot of families staying over too. overall a good place to consider
Rooms: Very clean and modern.
Nearby activities: Central to some local grocery stores but very close to VSFB where I needed to go.
Food & drinks: They have a small mart downstairs with a lot of options like waters, drinks, coffee etc. At hotel prices you'd expect but at least you don't have to leave

Last Saturday after a long day in Solvang, all I wanted was to go to the hotel and relax in the pool / Jacuzzi. but the pool was so dirty, lots of little insects and tree debris. This was very disappointing.

Everything was super clean. The service was great! From the check-in to checkout, everyone was courteous and helpful. The food in their restaurant was delicious and varied. Something for everyone it seems.
Rooms: Rooms were clean and neat. The bed was comfortable. Could use a couple "stiffer" pillows though. The water pressure was amazing!

We stayed at this property in Lompoc for a wedding, and it was fantastic. The staff—from the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant—were incredibly nice and went above and beyond to help us out. Their kindness made a huge difference in our experience.
The front desk staff greeted us warmly and handled our check-in smoothly. They were always available to answer our questions and offer local tips.
The housekeeping team kept our room spotless and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The restaurant staff provided excellent service, making our dining experience enjoyable.
Additionally, this property is pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. It made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable.
It's clear that the manager takes great pride in maintaining the property and providing top-notch customer service.
Overall, our stay here made our wedding weekend even more special. Highly recommended!

I'd say overall this stay was decent. The rooms are spacious and clean and overall decently comfortable. It's got a quality restaurant on location with excellent drinks. The only negatives with this location is the poor lighting in the rooms and the fact that it's more expensive by far than most other places in town. I'd say I didn't find the quality to be worth the amount they charge over the other local hotels.
Food & drinks: They have a great restaurant on location.

Good people . Annoying management policies.
It s Annoying to have to wait outside upon arrival from the airport at night until someone anwers a wall phone , locate your records and verify who you are before they allow yiu to come in. Makes think about the neighborhood but it os a polocybthat reflects misery .
It is Annoying to find out that they set the tempersture at which you can sleep at night . If you are cold you must ask for them to change their set point. Yes they hace enerfy saving set points and it takes a while for them to change it.
It is Annoying not to have the bed sheets cleaned and the bed made eceryday. . You nust request and you request this normal Hilton like service if yiubewnt it.
Then when you request the naking of the bed , they blame you for not requesting it.
It is Annoying to have the bathroom light turn off while you take a shower and no motion detector to re activate it.
All their policies have the common pirpose of saving money giving up customer comfort.
It is assumed the we th customer will take it and their Brand name will asssure them of continued business. There is not enough competion in the area.
So they can be Annoying and save.
This is not what I expect from a Hilton branded hotel.

We had an awesome experience. Although we were in town for my Grandpop’s 90th birthday, The Hilton Gardens Inn in Lompoc, Ca treated us kind throughout our whole stay. The food was absolutely delicious and my 9 year old son loves the hot chocolate.
Rooms: The rooms were nice and spacious and clean.
Food & drinks: The food was delicious. The drinks were wonderful.

We recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn in Lompoc, CA, and while our experience had its ups and downs, there are areas that need improvement. Firstly, we were disappointed to not receive the promised discount for our organization. Additionally, the room cleaning schedule of every 4 days was inconvenient. The water-saving showers were too economic, impacting the shower experience negatively. However, we were impressed by the excellent service from the personnel serving food.
Unfortunately, the management fell short, as the pool wasn't heated as advertised. Consistency in amenities such as this is crucial for guest satisfaction. Despite these shortcomings, we appreciate the efforts of the hardworking staff. We hope the management takes our feedback constructively to enhance the overall guest experience at the Hilton Garden Inn in Lompoc, ensuring guests receive the promised amenities and discounts, and addressing issues promptly.

Overall, an OK hotel. This one seems like an older property, and the lobby and gym are due for a renovation, although the rooms are still in reasonable condition. Pool area did not have towels stocked. No perks for Honors Diamond members. On the plus side, there are ample EV chargers.Food & drinks: There's a restaurant on-site that does breakfast and dinner
