Possibly the worst order experience ever. Ordered shower walls in June. Expected date came, called store. That's when I was informed that they were discontinued and had never been ordered even though I paid for them. I ordered new ones. New expected delivery date is now two weeks overdue and the store tells me they probably arrived on Friday but nobody checks it until Monday. It's mid day Monday and they tell me maybe Tuesday, because actually they won't check until Monday night. I've waited over three months for shower walls that I paid for. What's worse is that I always have to be the one to reach out and point out that something isn't right. They didn't even notice when my original order had been discontinued and not ordered. Not once have they been proactive in making this right.

Buy a refrigerator a year ago and paid for insurance. Now the said they don’t have technicians in this area and I have to wait for who knows how long to get my refrigerator fixed. Don’t waste your money on insurance that is not doing anything for you. Also the Home Depot store is not helping me any ways.

HORRIBLE customer service. To the lady in her 30's around 5'7 with black hair you are rude and lazy AF. I went up to a group of 3 ladies and a gentleman just standing there talking just past the customer service and before the paint section. I was looked at and not one of them said anything to me or asked if I needed help. Finally I asked for help and the lady above just pointed and said it should be over there if you just go look. Wow really. I had to beg her to come help me. She said oh this should work and walked off. I get home and nope doesn't fit at all. This happened today 06.27.2021 around 12 ish.

I bought a frigidaire range 5 months ago haven`t even paid it off the oven stopped working. Called the store to let them know what had happened chris the appliance supervisor gave me a # to call which is always overwhelmed with calls and won`t let you leave a your # for a call back. Then i was told this was all they could do for me. when i called they have a prompt question saying is it at your property say no and act like a home depot employee then they pick up right away. next day went in person to lompoc store chris the appliance supervisor pushed me into cabinets and said he was busy with a customer. moments later the store manager bruce showed up what a piece of work he was he argued with me and then commented well i can sell you another range unbelievable the worst customer sevice i have received in 57 years!! i guess home depot is desperate for good Management and supervisors that is the only conclusion i can come too. Horrible it`s ok lowes has better prices. little things that i know don`t require a warranty i will still shop for only because i live in lompoc.

I live only a few blocks from this store so it's convenient for me to shop here but...wow, customer service is NOT the norm at this store and that is apparently accepted by management. There has never been a visit to this store (and I go there a lot) where there wasn't several small groups of employees standing together talking (sometimes about the crappy scheduling by their supervisor or just two days ago two girls up front doing embarrassing impressions of an ill liked co-worker) and not once have any of them asked why I kept circling the area they were standing. (frustratingly searching for an item). If you interrupt their chat by asking for help you get the snotty response. I have had some really nice register employees in the garden area, But sadly they're few.

Worst home depot/big box store i've ever dealt with. Bought a counter with an estimate of 4 weeks. 4 weeks into it they couldn't find the material. 2 weeks later they found the material but had to ship it in.. 2 weeks after that they gave me an appointment for install. never showed, didn't answer my calls or emails. I actually pulled my phone records to see how many times I had to call them - I called 73 times over the course of 2 weeks to get my next appointment. 2 weeks later I get another appointment, no show again but they called and said they were "still working on it". At 12 weeks I called corporate for resolution. Corporate initiated a three way call with the manager. The manager ("Howard") cursed us out and hung up on us. They offered a discount if I purchased another counter with them!? I received a full refund later the same day, but now i'm stuck with no counter. Terrible customer service, takes no responsibility for their actions and blames their subcontractors/suppliers. Will never go to any home depot ever again. "andrea" in the customer resolution department lied several times, was rude and very unprofessional. "Monica" seemed like she cared but was too busy to actually get anything done. walking through the store, it looks terrible. I've bought tools that were obviously returned items. Their stock is terrible. Their isles have debri and trash all over. How is this place still open? The santa maria home depot is totally different. I told them the story of what I had to deal with, all they did was smirk and say "ya, we get that alot from that store". learn from my mistake, don't go to the lompoc home depot.

I end up in Home Depot everyday for all sorts of things.... Tommy and kellie from the pro-desk are amazing!!! They help me with questions, ordering and finding exactly what I need also with loading up my truck or trailer. Their customer service is amazing, and I appreciate the help everyday especially when working long tiring days at work! Thank you Tommy and Kellie and all the staff that help me..keep up the great customer service! Natalie

Workers here hate their lives and job!!!!!! I love Home depot but the customer service here is horrible. My boyfriend and I were asking for help cause we saw no one in garden,and we went to the people in the end of the garden section at the registers to help us and one of the male workers here ( he has earings and is skinny) he rolled his eyes at me when i simply said "can you help us get some turf or get someone to help us" He just stood there and rolled his eyes at me and acted like he went to go get help and he did not. Then he came back and said " just go to customer service and ask for help" wtf is that!!!! Isn't he customer service.... horrible service. Poor kid hates his life so much..... never go to the garden section!!!! No one is wanting to help you

I have never been treated so well in my life. I ordered a shower door online last night came in to pick it up in the store. I had never done this before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was greeted by Jessica in the order pick up she went way beyond with kindness and help. I told her my husband wanted me to pick up a large piece of plywood for him and I had no idea where it was. She said no worries first let me go outside get a cart and load your shower door and then I will show you how to open the front locker for your silicone you ordered. She then called an associate to meet me in the lumber department. Once I got there I approached by two associates that loaded my plywood, push the cart to the register for me and then loaded it in my van. I can't tell you how appreciative I am of such great service and kindness. Great Job staff!!!'

Not satisfied at all I had a simple question and politely asked an a employee by the name of Alexandria for help This was near closing time today 5/26/20"Hi , are you available to help me find something " is what I said , she turned and yelled "What do you need !?" in a rude manner I asked my question and she walked away with out communicating anything to me She walked over with another gentleman who later helped me find what I was looking for , Alexandria did not say bye or anything after she simply walked over this taller younger man who helped me She was rude and didn't care about how professional or polite she sounded The man later showed me what I needed and that was it He just pointed and left This Home Depot should probably train Alexandria better at her customer service Overall I did not buy anything due to almost no type of help with what I was looking for Disappointed for sure !
