“Enjoyed the hotel while in Lompoc visiting family. Everyone on staff were very friendly and accommodating. The free happy hour drinks were a nice touch in their attached restaurant/ bar. The room was a bit long in the tooth <especially for the price!> needing renovation some time soon. We had a two bed room (beds comfortable) but there were only towels for one person. They did quickly bring more when requested.The included breakfast was made to order with lots of choices.Rooms: The room was upstairs (no elevator) and easy enough to park right in front. Clean, but older decor. The shower was very nice but the provided soap dispensers were empty.Walkability: There isn't much in the neighborhood (a strip of stores next door, but not else open). We did walk about 6-8 blocks to a Starbucks.Food & drinks: They have an attached restaurant and bar, which my relative said is pretty good for supper - but we didn't have the chance to try it. The menu included a variety of items that sounded good and also a special or two each evening.We did have breakfast both days. They have many choices on a pick-from-options list that included eggs any way or omelet with 8-10 optional ingredients (same for the egg burrito). Choice of meat included bacon, sausage, etc. Choice of toast breads or pancakes.”

“We were greeted with smiles and attention by two of the sweetest ladies: Candice and Terri. Not only did they offer us places to locally eat, but after I explained that it was our first time visiting, Candice gifted us two beautiful Lompoc themed coffee mugs. As recognized Diamond Elite members, this random act of kindness is the reason why people should be acknowledged and appreciated for going over and beyond. Candice made our stay very comfortable by changing our room location, so we didn't have to be across the hall from the loud cries of a baby. Terri stopped her end of the year paperwork that she was doing and gave me a quick tour of the breakfast area. Our room was spacious, our bedding was clean, and I really enjoyed the cocoon-shaped showers. Be forewarned that the structure of the hotel is run like an apartment complex, sectioned off by a different letter system. It's pretty tight when you initially pull up to the front door to check in at the front desk, as you share an adjacent parking lot with a restaurant next door. Once you leave the check in desk with your room key and drive to your assigned section, there's ample parking, well placed outside lights, and the key cards to operate the entry doors and elevators which adds a bit more safety and security. If you're a movie lover like myself, you'll be glad to know that they have multiple HBO channels to choose from and enjoy. Lompoc is a small town, but I enjoyed the big hospitality of my overnight stay. Holiday Inn Lompoc is DEFINITELY LUGG APPROVED!”

“I arrived at 12 am in the middle of the night, but check-in was very smooth. I called the number posted on the night window and was answered quickly by a very organized staff (whom I called earlier in the day to book a room). He was very kind and helpful. Room was decent and had everything I needed for a quick mid-trip stay.Pro:- Affordable- Bed and pillows were comfy- Clean bathroomCon:- The table was a bit dusty, but didn’t really impact our stay.- No breakfast- Bit noisy hearing the water running in other rooms”

“Great service from the staff. Very friendly and the property is in a really nice area of Lompoc. Pricing is fair and property is huge so lots of space to explore. Not far from the actual town on a couple minutes. Has a very homey vibe so we dig the theme it's got. Pool empty but that okay there is a beautiful aquatic center in town. Store right in front of property and market along with a subway and taco place across the street. And pet friendly. I'd say 5 stars!”

“Top tier hotel. We had a great time!Truth be told, we were all hella fartin’. Sorry anyone who’s in the room after us.We also enjoyed the anti-beam weapon sidewalk manifesto. Not sure what that was about, but we were straight up vibing. Only two of us has to make use of the conveniently located ER. The free questionable screwdriver and snorkeling mask that we found under the beds was a great bonus. Thanks Lotus!”
