Lifesavers! My daughter needed a high school sports bag in which she wanted her name on, not only did they work around us bringing it back so she could have it for practice during the week, they had it ready the next day. I couldn't ask for better customer service or thankful for how serious they took my daughter's needs.

In a small town you always want to go out of your way to support a local business whenever possible. We had a large order that my office requested the printing of shirts 8 weeks before they were needed. We followed up several times, pre-paid upon order, and was provided highly unprofessional service at every point during the order. We asked for status updates only to hear sorry we can't do that "the check is in the mail", as we approached 2 weeks before the shirts were needed the proof was still not available. The owner stated they wouldn't be ready in time. We needed them for a specific awareness event on 1 April and receiving them in May wasn't an option. He stated they were "busy" ok I understand but you either hire more people, or take less orders to meet your commitments. The owner claimed to refund the almost $1000 we pre-paid but the credit never hit the account. After a bank dispute, countless hours going back and forth with failed promises, and the scramble to find a new vendor on less than 2 weeks notice we were able to get what we needed at another small business in town New Lowe's.

Very unprofessional. Over a week ago took some tshirts to get printed for our upcoming trip for my sons bday. He said he could have them done for us. And now today 1 day before we leave, go to pick up our shirts and all he could say was "we didnt get to them, but we can have them for you next week". Really??? No thanks. Wasted my time, I would pay double to have someone more professional take care of our needs.

They custom made a tshirt from a drawing my son did and it came out perfect . The gentleman that took my order was very nice and helpful . When I picked up my sons masterpiece the young lady that helped me was super ice . I will return to this place .

Buyer beware! I went to get 3 shirts for one of my daughters teams, she did need them in 2 days, however had done business with the previous owner for years, and it was never a problem! She orders shirts for multiple sports teams, so they have all her logo's. She just needed a front pocket logo on 3 shirts. I was charged $ 98 plus change for them, for something she was charged $7 per shirt previously. Being an old lady, who obviously had no experience with pricing, they took advantage of me! I learned an expensive lesson, but SHAME on them!! Really miss Max the previous owner!!

KLE Imaging has been a wonderful resource for our community. Excellent customer service, product selection, and attention to detail. All of our merchandise for the West Coast Cub Fly-In came out incredibly well. We're definitely going to be shopping local and choosing KLE for our future needs. They even take small orders ($25 minimum I think?) which is an affordable price for custom screen printing and embroidery.
