She started working on me, but when a walk in came in with acrylic nail service she did her and called in her helper to finish me. Was not impressed

First and for most the worse salon I've ever gone to! They were very rude every time I tried to correct them when painting my nails. He cut my cutical on my big toe. I cried because they looked like a child painted them and let me just remind u these were supposed to be for my birthday trip I'm leaving for tomorrow! Then she agreed to fix them and give me a discount for my birthday. Well long story short she messed up my full set on my nails. And they look horrible. Don't get me wrong she shaped them well and everything but the paint just looks bad and every time I asked her to fix them they got worse. I was already there for 4 hours and had to be at work. She fixed my toes I'm greatful for that but my hands are horrible!Service: Sculpted nails

I got my nails done here yesterday, the lady cut my skin and made it bleed twice. She was using the machine on my skin and not my nails I found it odd Iāve never had a nail tech intentionally hurt me before. And when i said it hurt she laughed about it. I hope I donāt get an infection.

I went to this store couple times and never get disappointed. I always ask for Helen to do it because she understands what I want and always get it right. Store can be busy sometimes especially close to holidays or evening so I recommend if you don't want to wait, it's best to go in the morning, you skipped the busy time and have more time to have your medi and pedicure taken care of. Many people don't know but recently they have new owner now and the workers here are super nice and kudos for them, they open late compared to other store so I came in late one time and they are still willing to take off and clean up my nails for me.

I really wanted to support and like this place, but unfortunately most of the nail shops in Lompoc are terrible. I had a male tech. It was to be a simple acrylic fill, shorten the nails a bit and gel polish. The man wreaked of smoke & didn't seem confident as he started filing, but I was patient and thought maybe he was just filing off old gel and shortening nails, then the lady would take over. Wrong. He started doing the acrylic fill but hadn't completely filed off previous dark gel polish I had come in with nor cleaned up my nailbeds/cuticles so looks dirty because the old polish shows through the new layer of acrylic that he applied to my skin too. Then started filing with an emery board before the sloppy acrylic had a chance to fully dry and kept cutting me. I told him & finally I asked for his file and started doing my own nails...giving him tips as I did because I thought he was new and learning. I am not a licensed nail technician, not sure he is either...fixed the mess as best I could, annoyed, but trying to be patient because we all have to learn right? He then proceeds to answer his cell phone and go out for a chat/smoke break. Didn't say a word to me. Wow. So I needed my other hand done and asked the lady worker to pls help. She was better at nails than him and she worked a little too fast. She was standing up over me trying to hurriedly fix what she could with a file and scolding him. She then asked me to go wash my hands and I spent a long time at the sink cleaning off acrylic and loose pieces of cuticle. I finally dry my hands and walk back to sit down, and the same guy is back from his "break"sitting at the desk with the gel color I picked to polish. "I'm sorry but my nails look horrible. Polish will just accentuate it," I said to the lady. "Ok, I fix for you" and she added more acrylic and more filing. My nails are very short. Simple, square, neat nails. Nothing fancy. The guy had filed alot of my square corners off and made them uneven and bumpy. She improved but can't really completely fix it. It was bad. I have so many cuts that the man did...many finger cuts. Both Never once used alcohol or anything to clean/sanitize. Finally ready (well as ready as it was gonna get anyway) and here comes dude again. OMG! but I'm like well maybe polish is his thing because he's not good at nails Maybe an artist. NOPE! he starts applying gel polish heavily on one side missing gaps and sloppy including a big glob of dried polish on my thumb and was just going to leave it. I had had enough at this point...So I take the gel polish and paint my entire left hand and put it under the light and explaining to him that he has to paint every nail evenly because once it cures under the light there's no fixing it. His response "Yeah yeah! Ok! I know!" and he goes and takes another break lol. So I get done painting my left hand but can't do my right with my non dominant hand...I asked the lady again can you help please? She did. She was quick and she was upset at him. She finished the color and then was going to have him paint the clear coat! He came back in from his 2nd "break" but this time I shook my head and told him "No way, sorry! 3 chances you're out bro!" To lady tech "can YOU just finish my nails pls?" He needs so much more training and was shocked to learn he's worked there for many years!! How?!! She came and painted on the clear coat quickly still yelling at him in her language. Then charges me $35. I probably should have walked out but it was so awkward and didn't want any further "incidents" after being there for 3 1/2 hours! for a simple fill! I just wanted to leave. No apologies but the man said "have a nice day". As soon as I Got into my car I noticed the lady missed areas of gel and top coat and my nails aren't square like when I came in. . I do appreciate her trying to fix them and she did better but Wow! That was incredibly stressful. I feel like I ha

Not the best place ā¹ļø, she kept leaving to go work on someone else . Gave me the wrong shape some of them are cricked thereās a hair in my right pinky and a hair in my left index, I asked her if she can fix it she just sat there and ignored me . She didnāt do the French tip right she rushed through it didnāt care to take her time she made my ring finer a hole different shape then the others . And she was RUDE had an attitude the hole time ?now I know not to try new places

Nicoles is a real respectful place they are very nice there they never turn you away when you come in to get your nails done there the only place in town that I found to do dips.

Everyone was really nice Me and my sister went and got acrylic my sister's set is bumpy and my set every single nail was a different length and in result I actually tore my entire finger nail off on 2 fingers Do not recommend.

Honestly I feel like I could have done a better job. I got the lady who runs the salon and I got this in return. She cut my cuticle, nails look messy, snowflakes that don't look like snowflakes, and on top of it with her tools she tried to pull the dried polish off my skin and it was painful. I told her that it hurts and she could see I was in pain but she continued. Never again
