Needed a new battery for my 51 Mercury convertable so removed the old one & took it in that morning.
They didn't have that one in stock, so they ordered it & had it at the store by 3:30. What a great store for auto parts with a very helpful staff working there.

I recently just purchased a charger for my vehicle.. I was not aware of me needing to put it on a extension cord.. because I thought that the charger came with it extended card. So I go into the Lompoc O'Reilly's and I asked a young man named Dominique.. if he can kindly charge the jump start it up for me. He told me he could not.. he told me we charge batteries but not jump starters... Attila I'm okay well I'll just get a refund and he was In with me returning the item. Rather than charging this up for me . The company don't belong to him.. I decided to ask for a supervisor and I believe his name was Raul.. he said he had no problem charging it for me. Who the young man that refused to charge the jumper... I believe the owner should consider that you made jeopardize customers for your refusing to help.. I spend money at the store quite often... Thank you to Raul... To Dominique learn customer service so you can keep your customers happy

This is the best auto parts store Ive experienced. I've been frequenting this location for almost 5 years and I have gotten nothing but friendly and welcoming attitudes. As a manager of a retail store, I know credit should go where it's due and that staff truly deserves the recognition. I also wanted to credit Alex for going above and beyond. This man is killing it for you guys, keep him around!
