My wait was short, the employees are friendly and professional. The lab technician was able to draw my blood the first time and she answered all my questions. The lab is convenient and a short distance from my home. I was emailed my results the next day. Great lab experience with no anxiety.

I am not the easiest person to get blood from. I'm always dehydrated. Failed to get the gal's name but she really knows her job. Never have had a bad experience at that lab. Everyone there is so nice.

I usually come here since they open early. But today the staff showed up over 20 minutes late.. so very unacceptable.. several people have been waiting since 6:20am, in the very cold weather. When they finally arrived, they were not apologetic about being late and continued to keep us waiting outside until after 7:00 am. I've never experienced this here.

It's a decent place everyone is kind the outside seems sketchy but inside I'd nice and enclosed all seems professional the inside is alittle small and waiting room only has like 4 chairs so be prepared to stand if their are 4 or more or children
