Bri in the grooming salon does amazing ! My dog got a nail trim and hair trim and she came home looking amazing ! Also angel f helped me find the correct filters and food for my fish and also helped me understand ph levels ! Will definitely come back anytime I need anything pet related

This review is for your grooming team….be more thorough with info! I used to take my dogs to their vet for bathing but it’s hard with work. I have gone a few times to petco grooming and the last time my dog got anxious. He’s 11, and the vet had given him medication to help. When I picked him up the last time I mentioned to the employee that I would give it to him ahead next time to calm him. No comment back nothing. I show up to an appt I made almost a month in advance, and stated on my own that I had given my dog trazadone the night before. An appt I’ll add that I had to move to accommodate your workers. Because I was going to do no kennel. Anyways…then I’m told as I’m standing there at 8:15am with my two German shepherds that I can’t bathe my elder dog because he had medicine the night before. I can’t believe last time I mentioned it they literally just said nothing. And I looked through various reminders and emails, nothing about knowing not to do that the night before. My vet said the actual affects don’t even last 12 hours. I understand policy.
I don’t have time to run back and forth accommodating your staff. I will never go back. I’ll find somewhere that has better service and discloses that ESPECIALLY when I have literally said it in front of your workers.

Unfortunately last month when I was at Petco I was not pleased because when I got home from having my puppy's nails trimmed I had to actually redo them they were still too long

I found the cat food I wanted and was happy to see it was on sale. Plus there was a manufacturer's coupon on the shelf, so I got a great deal overall. The gentleman at the checkout was very pleasant.

Whenever I make my way to Petco in Lompoc, I'm consistently greeted with the kind of warmth and friendliness that instantly lifts my spirits. It’s clear they put a lot of thought into their inventory, catering to a wide variety of pets and their unique needs.But the real highlight of my visits has to be an employee named David Marin. This guy is something else. The last time I was there, I was having a bit of a dilemma choosing the right product for my pet. Not only did David take the time to listen to my concerns, but he also shared his extensive knowledge, guiding me to the perfect choice. Always a good experience at Petco the workers are friendly and very helpful I can’t lift heavy things and they loaded my 36 pound dog food into the cart and placed it in my car no questions asked and was glad to be of service I will continue to shop at petco

Prices are fair, this place has nicely well educated groomers and the dogs seem to enjoy coming in as much As the girls are to have them there. The groomer Brianna T. Is awesome with my doggy! Kind, patient and does the best haircut as we need to get in. my dog loves going in and she listens to our requests as well as spruces her up with the cutest bandanas and bows. It's a shame so many people have quit from here and the other nearby stores so please keep the good employees around!! Groomers seem to have a shortage going around the last years since it's so hard to get into anywhere and not many places treat dogs like their family but this petco sure got some winners!! Highly recommend coming here with all your fur baby needs. Salon is cleann. dogs and their owners leave looking happy
