“Had a delivery problem from the shopper's end. They got my address wrong and the package couldn't be delivered. I only found out about it because I checked the tracking. Went in to see if they could find the package. First guy could not and called in the cavalry. This guy had the package in my hands in less than five minutes. Both of them were polite, friendly, and very helpful. This, in the middle of the Christmas crunch!”
