Rude customer service lied about statements and was told that whats on the letter is not accurate

The staff was highly responsive and saw me quickly. I appreciate the support staff and doctors at the Sansum clinic. They focus on you as the patient, and are dedicated. Although the center can get very busy due to patients that came in, they work fast and hard to see everyone.
