Employees didn’t know what they were saying, kept telling me false information and not very helpful at all. Had to go to a different location to get help.

Minus 150 for in store service. The employee offered a promotion and I accepted. (Said employee no longer employed there) Upon receiving my first bill, it was incorrect and the store didn't honor promotion. After much wasted time, I got ripped off for over $100 and the new employee didn't know how to run me an invoice of money paid on my account. Needless to say, the Manager-Angel is useless. She refused to honor the promotion and the employees kept saying she "Is on vacation ", although she was at the store all week. When I asked Angel to accept responsibility for her employee actions, she became extremely rude and was basically blaming me for the screw up. She would not rectify the problem the store created & made a new employee deal with the headache of returning a product that was not meant to be returned. Watch your statement with the store, they screwed everything up & the phone support Supervisor rectified the problem. DON'T GO HERE UNLESS ITS THE LAST PHONE ON THE PLANET.

Me and my Dad went into T-mobile today to upgrade our phones and we were helped very quickly! We were helped by Marcus and he was AMAZING! Great employee, he got us in and out very quickly and was very helpful Thank you Marcus for a great experience!

All three employees on the floor greeted me even though one of them was helping a customer. Once I explained why I was there, one of them immediately went to the back to get someone else to help me.Although there was an assumption I was there for new service instead of my purpose of an upgrade to a new plan and a new iPhone 15 Pro. So after looking up my account, it was found I was premature in my visit and suggested to come back at a later date so I could receive full credit for my iPhone 11 Pro Max trade-in.I appreciated that valuable info that saved me $400 and said I’d return on 10.9 when my new cycle starts. I’ve been with T-Mobile since the summer of 2021 and have been VERY happy since leaving AT&T! Thank you!

Did not like the service at this location. First of all was not greeted both girls were on their phones and barely looked up One was kind of helpful as I was having trouble logging into my account but it took lots of talking her into helping me. So lazy and uninterested into helping costumers. The other one was so rude just terrible she was on her phone speaking so loud I could barely hear the girl helping me. Just not a good experience at all and definitely will not be coming back also changed my service to Verizon they are much nicer with better service overall

Taylor was kind and very knowledgeable. We had a lot going on with changing our phone numbers, updating our plan, transferring carriers, etc and Taylor made the process so easy and took care of everything seamlessly. I thought she was the manager with how much she knew and how she helped the other employees. TMobile is lucky to have an employee like Taylor, so refreshing as a customer to receive such great service.

I am new to Lompoc and this was my first experience at this location. I went in to upgrade my son's phone. Lalani was super sweet and helpful. During our conversation I had learned that she had only been there for 2 months. She had some questions regarding our trade-in so she asked a more seasoned rep named Cece for help. Cece was so condescending and unprofessional toward Lalani which made us feel extremely uncomfortable. She asked Lalani, so what trade-in did you offer them? Why would you offer them that? Rather than training Lalani, Cece found it necessary to berate Lalani in front of customers. This causes a hostile work environment, especially for someone who is new. All the while, Lalani remained calm and professional.

New & Improved!! They're OPEN again and all the associates were so friendly & helpful!! Cecilia was right out of the gate helping me with my question about replacing my screen protector that totally saved my phone after I dropped it really hard!! And while Cecilia looked up all my info, verified my phone insurance coverage and got me my brand new screen protector at no extra cost, Jannet came over and expertly took off my broken screen protector and installed the new one!! It was amazing and quickly done, all in the time it took for me to wait for my blenders drink!! =) Thank you so much Cecilia & Jannet for making my day with your awesome and much appreciated help!!! :)
