Staff at Sunset Auto Center are very friendly and informative. Any questions I had they had the answers. I’ve gotten cars at this dealer before, I’ve always came out satisfied. They did everything possible to help me find a car. Ended up finding a car I fell in love with. Extremely happy with my new purchase!

Nick had NO communication with me. I had an issue with my car, had it towed in, and nothing was done until the late afternoon. I kept calling the cell, texting, and then calling the shop, NOTHING. Nick only responded after numerous messages in all CAPS. Charges were racked up WITHOUT my permission. The service was late, overcharged and just a plain disaster. I am so disappointed with this place. I already won't recommend anyone buying from Sunset after Arlos tried to cheat me out of $5000, which the owner gave back, but now the service department, WOW.

Called them up to make an appointment for an oil change, they were able to get me in the same day. Got my car back at the time it was promised. Excellent customer service!

This was my first service with Sunset Suto Center for a new Chevy truck I purchased. Had an 8:30 appointment, showed up 20 minutes early & still took 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change, tire rotation & inspection. Was told it would only take an hour. Not so. For my first time, I'm not impressed with the service time.
