Whenever I am in Lompoc I get my hair done by Nancy. I love how knowledgeable she is and how beautifully she does my hair. I am extremely picky who does my hair bc my hair is inconsistent. It's super thick in places, thin in others, super curly at my neck and super straight bangs.
Up or down it looks great! Thanks so much for doing more than my hair bc I always walk away feeling loved. Barbi

I had a great experience getting my hair done by Nancy. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair and she knew exactly how to do it! She is so wonderful!!! I would definitely return to her shop and have my hair done by her! She also has great prices!!! I would highly recommend getting your hair done at The Hair Factor!

Nancy is amazing! She is up to date with techniques and latest trends. She is an amazing hair artist and colorist. I went to her several years ago looking for a new hairdresser and left with not only what exactly I was looking for, but also a new dear friend. She is the epitome of heart and soul. She truly cares and it shows. I highly recommend her.

I have trouble growing my hair out, which I had mentioned to Nancy when scheduling a TRIM. I left devasted with how much she cut off... I can't even put my hair up without crying how short the ponytail is. Leaving this review for the next girl who thinks about booking this chair, TAKE BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES if you do risk coming here.
