Buying a car can be difficult, tense, and overwhelming. But it wasn't at Toyota of Lompoc. I was really happy to connect with Gib who sold me the car I wanted and could afford. Joanna handled my paperwork and was wonderful even though she ended up having to do everything twice (my fault!). I would definitely do business with them again!

100% satisfied auto purchase. Courteous and true to their word. Up front communication and fair pricing. A very stress-free buying experience. In and out quick. Highly recommended and will return for another chance to buy, even if it takes 3.5 hour to get there and 5 hours to get back :)

They're patient, not overly pushy or sleazy, they are are very helpful and insightful.I went there the first time to look at the Crown. Jesus mentioned they had one coming in the following week and I went to test drive it and I was not pressured in any way during the test drive.I was given a spec sheet and even a financing breakdown with ZERO COMMITMENT from my part.I wish more dealers did this. Every single other dealership winces if you even talk about numbers before committing to the car, but Alex offered to show me the breakdown before I even thought of asking. That was really cool.I told them I had other cars I would be looking at elsewhere and they said they understood and were nice about it.A week after, I decided to go with the Toyota Crown after all and the process was very painless and smooth. I was able to get the deal settled over the phone and I just showed up before closing to sign and get the keys.Jesus Aguilar-Perez and Alex (I did not get his last name) and also the woman in Finance whose name I can't remember, all were VERY professional, courteous, patient, and above all HONEST.I wish every dealership was like this.

This is the car buying experience you want. Our salesman, Tyson, was professional, personable, and a joy to do business with. They are very straightforward with their pricing, no hidden upsells, unwanted add ons, or sleazy gamesmanship. They’ll let you know about the maintenance packages they offer, but the conversation is casual and not high pressure.I’ve bought a few cars through dealerships over the years, and this was the best experience I’ve had so far. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.To Tyson, Danny, and the team: thank you for showing excellence and pride in what you do, and for raising the bar of what an experience buying a car can be.

Toyota of lompoc has amazing staff that helped me through the process of finding a vehicle that I can comfortably and financially afford. Juan F was there to take me through the steps and was very knowledgeable and awesome to deal with. The process was quick and there was multiple option for you to choose from. This hybrid is perfect for me. Thank you to everyone at Toyota of lompoc you all rock ?ps.. everyone should buy a hybrid. They are amazing.

Excellent service top rate dealership. Jonathan P was superb as was the finance manager and sales manager at this dealership. We drove 2 hours to this dealership and it was well worth it. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great buying experience. Sometimes small places can be the best places. Great Customer Service is what it's all about and this team delivered.

I had been shopping for a car at Toyota for a few months, and Gibbs was the best. He was very professional and kind from the moment I walked into Toyota, and he definitely knows his stuff. On certain days, my family and I would message him about the cars I was interested in, and he would always reply or even follow up with me regarding the cars I was interested in. If he didn't hear from me he would message me and show me what kind of deals they had on specific cars. He didn't waste my time and answered all of my questions with complete honesty during the whole car buying process. He was very understanding of financial concerns and did not act in a pushy manner when it came to car comparisons. He really made my entire car buying experience enjoyable. Without his assistance, I would not have been able to buy a New 2024 Camry. In addition to his knowledge, he genuinely cares about customers. He is one of Toyota's sweetest auto salespeople and a very hard worker. He really deserves a bonus and a raise, in my opinion, for all of his hard work. Go see him if you want to get a car from Toyota. Thanks again Gibbs!

I'd like to thank the team at Toyota of Lompoc! Great customer service, everyone on the team was knowledgeable and down to Earth. I went to the dealership by myself and felt welcome there. It was a good experience. Gibbs did an outstanding job guiding me through the buying process. I love my new truck! Yay! for Toyota of Lompoc!

Reading is a very important part of my life. When I have the time to wait for car repairs at the dealership it is like a mini, mini vacation. The waiting room is pleasant, one employee turned up the heat as my appointment was first thing in the morning. All office staff I encountered were friendly and pleasant. They were getting ready for their children's Christmas party. It was a festive air. Many thanks to Tony Hurtado for his continued great job of handling repairs. I almost finished my book. It was pretty exciting. And least I forget the coffee was really good. Hit the spot. Barbara Fujioka

Don't trust this dealership. I tried working a deal for a tundra with Jonathan. I was coming from a couple hours away so I wanted to get as much paperwork done electronically as I could. Just when everything was submitted, he told me he sold the truck to a customer who walked in. Not sure if that customer agreed to pay more or if the dealership wanted to make a quicker sale, but they didn't communicate that was even a possibility. They said let me know when another tundra with that same spec is available.A couple months later Jonathan calls me saying they have a tundra available for $500 under MSRP. I had already bought one locally so I asked if I could forward the info to a friend who would be interested. That same day he sends my friend the build sheet on the tundra but instead of the $500 discount, he puts a $1000 premium. When asked about the discrepancy, he says it was an error and would get it corrected. Jonathan didn't return messages for a couple days. Instead he tried to sell it to someone else at the higher price. That other customer ended up not buying it and that's when Jonathan became responsive again. I don't know if this entire dealership operates this way or if it's just this one salesperson. They try to work multiple customers on the same vehicle. It feels like whoever agrees to pay more or pay faster gets the deal done. The other customer gets the short end. These guys are shady. Would not recommend.

Easy & chill, really enjoyable car buying experience…..Alex helped me work all the scenarios for 1-2 vehicle(s), combined w/ the choices of finance (Jorge worked some strategic numbers too) and I walked out w/ attractive cars in Charcoal and Red & low mileage. I’m cautious w/ trusting car dealers after a negative experience in Oxnard. Toyota of Lompoc is a great team to work with, straight up w/ us, and well worth the drive!!!

As a loyal Toyota customer, I’m very disappointed on the service I got at the Toyota in Lompoc. I was wanting to purchase a new vehicle (suv). The customer service Juan gave me was horrible, he didn’t let me test drive anything but a 4Runner put that wasn’t what I wanted to purchase. I asked if any cars were available in Santa Maria & he said there were no venzas there. The whole appointment was the most negative & honestly a big waste of time.

First time here and very happy!. We were greeted by John and guided where to park right away. That set the tone immediately for an excellent experience. He answered any questions we had and was genuinely personable and pleasant. Jon, who did our oil change, was great, informative, and helpful.
