Does their mailman knows how to read? I already lost 3 mail packages delivery this week, while i keep returning wrong mail in my inbox.
I also had a registered mail and getting a note i wasnt home when i never left home.
This have happened for the past 3 months now.

All the staff at the Lompoc USPS are kind and always helpful. They are never rude or short tempered like many other USPS locations and take the time to help you find the best, cheapest shipping method. As a small business owner who ships items frequently, I've had no issues with our mail or services at this location.

Horrible service. They wanted customs forms to ship to a US address. Waited in line for 30 minutes just for them to not do their job. UPS or FEDEX is way better at this point. Don't bother wasting your time at this cesspool.

They have lost two packages and damaged another two in the last two months. I did a insurance claim and wanted me to give item to them to check, they lost it or stole it. It was a good 4K movie. Now they say they delivered a package by individual pick up at post office at 8:30pm. They close at 5pm. How did I pick up this package? Added pictures for proof.

I've had a few weird shipping issues come up in the last year. The staff here are always super helpful in getting these things sorted out. They either let me know what steps I need to take to fix the issue or they help me fix it directly.

They CLOSED the DROP OFF MAIL BOX. YOU NOW HAVE TO GO INSIDE. ITS INCONVENIENT TO HAVE TO GO INSDE TO DROP OFF LETTERS !!!!! PLEASE RE- OPEN IT. THANK YOU?

Had a delivery problem from the shopper's end. They got my address wrong and the package couldn't be delivered. I only found out about it because I checked the tracking. Went in to see if they could find the package. First guy could not and called in the cavalry. This guy had the package in my hands in less than five minutes. Both of them were polite, friendly, and very helpful. This, in the middle of the Christmas crunch!

Self-shipping is relatively quick and relatively easy. Stressful when there is a line though.
