10/10 experience with Josh. We held up the line that day we came in? because we had just moved back to the states and didn’t have any updated address but he was patient, kind, and accommodating. He leant us his phone because we kept running into issues while trying to sign up for a new phone plan. He also cracked a few jokes with us so we wouldn’t feel so awkward. Thank you Josh ? you made our first few days back in the states more enjoyable.

Before Christmas I desperately needed technical help due to my iPhone SIM card not working. I was completely frustrated with this situation because I practically had NO service ALL day at work...until I was able to stop into the Lompoc store after work. Thankfully you have a GREAT staff, especially with employees like Juan. He was able to explain that I had not done anything wrong with my phone & was patient with explaining his process to fix my situation. During that time he was also able to look overlook my account and explain some savings to me. This made this stressful store visit turn into an amazing visit!! Juan & the store manager/supervisor are a great asset to the Verizon company!

This occurrence was in August 2023. While trading in old phones we were convinced and sold the new 5g wireless Home Internet service. The service has not been great. When it went down today I called VERIZON customer service. While trouble shooting the agent asked for the address where my service was registered. After providing my Lompoc address he advised that on his end the 5g router was registered to an address on Pacoima CA. He told me 5g Internet service was not available at the Lompoc address. So in short this store is selling a service that VERIZON would NOT offer to me. Looks as they were trying to drum up sales and commissions by selling service that they had no business selling. Call it what you want! I still have my cell service but when I have the opportunity I will likely leave Verizon.

Customer service was great! Everyone was very helpful & made the transition from my old phone to my new phone quick and simple! Staff was very kind & made me feel comfortable but educated the whole time!

Alex was very helpful with the purchase of my new phone. He was aware of the time I needed to leave to pick up my granddaughter and was successful in getting me on my way in time. The only problem I have experienced is that my apps have still not all loaded. But I suspect that is because my internet is not working. If I bring my phone back into the store, will they be able help load my apps?

Juan offered friendly and excellent service. It cost me $40 to transfer my info from old phone because I didn't buy the new phone there, but I have been a Verizon customer for 25+ years.
