Went in today to get something for my dog and the person at the cashier just stared out... Had to get his attention. He seemed like he was either overworked... Overtired... Or just plain rude.

This is, without a doubt, the saddest Petco I've ever been in. Empty shelves. 2/3 of the lights are off. You would think they were out of business. And given their limited selection they probably should be.

Emily helped me pick out a tank and gave me so much information. She was wonderful and very knowledgeable about fish. The staff are nice and whenever I have called the store, everyone I've spoken to has been very friendly. It's a nice place.
